Came here around 2:30pm and this place was just packed with students from the schools nearby. The place itself was loud, and I was barely able to hear what the worker was saying when I was putting my order. We got the taro ice blended and coffee ice blended with mini boba in both. When my drinks came out, the boba were all clumped together and the drink itself was watered down. I've been to other locations, which had better quality drinks in my opinion. read more

Sharetea is usually a dependable chain but this location needs some work. Came in on a weeknight around 7, and three very young appearing workers were working, no greeting upon walking in. We ordered a taro tea with oat milk but as we watched the worker make our drink, she was pouring regular milk in- had we not caught this my lactose intolerant husband would've had a miserable night. She even tried to be defensive about making the drink with regular milk even though the ticket and sticker clearly stated oat milk. My winter melon tea was supposed to be 30% sweetness but it was almost too sweet to drink. 30% sweetness should be barely sweetened? Overall service was poor and so were the drinks and very little attention to detail. Also the young workers were messing with the music, very loud or totally off so it felt super chaotic while we were trying to enjoy boba while chatting with friends. Will definitely never come back to this location, I think the manager needs to step up here and do a better job with training and managing their young employees. read more

We ordered the Strawberry Ice Blended with Lychee Jelly & Ice Cream and the QQ Happy Family Milk Tea. They were both so amazing. They filled up the drinks to the rim and the order was perfect. Ordered honey green milk tea with mixed boba regular sweet and it tastes like water. Not sweet at all. Fountain valley location is better.

Came in here the other day looking for a drink to quench my thirst. Didn't know what to get at all. Then the handsome young man at the cashier with the square-shaped glasses spoke to me. He said hello and asked me how my evening was going, and if he could help me decide on any drinks. I nodded yes in agreement, unable to find any words partly due to my confusion surrounding the kind of drinks but also because I was floored by the sheer charm of this man. I knew whatever drink he recommended was going to be good and boy was it. I don't even remember what I got. This guy made it for me himself and it was cool to be able to see what was going on from the glass windows surrounding the boba station. The environment of the store was so friendly and welcoming and this guy sold it. He needs a raise because whatever drink he gave me was so good that genuinely--a tear rolled down my eye. I usually like to order my stuff online, I don't like sitting there and waiting. I show up about 15 minutes later and the girls (staff) is hanging out at the back having a good time, laughing and yelling. I do notice a customer standing there looked as if he was waiting. Well two of the three girls see me standing on the Pick up side, they continue to laugh and do whatever it was they were doing. After about 5 minutes I raise my voice a bit upset "excuse me I'm here to pick up my order" I do not recommend this place. Staff needs better training on customer service. read more

We came out here post-Thanksgiving because the one we normally go to was closed. This branch unlike the other one we go to was so rude. We asked if the flavor can be adjusted and the lady said, "this is my store, we don't do it here." Wow, that just blew us away with the bad service. Please don't go to work if you can't even provide the basic customer service. I see some bad reviews and wanted to give a benefit of doubt; ironically it's true. the girls who work here are very nice :-) I ordered a oolong milk tea and plain oolong; the drinks are always good and the boba is cooked very well. there is a lot of space inside the store to sit and lounge; I'm not sure if they have WiFi, I would ask. you can always make adjustments to drinks in relation to sweetness and ice levels. i will be back very soon :-) read more

It was my first time at this location since I go to school in this area. (I usually go to FV) and maybe the girl that took my order was new. I asked if they had sea cream or cream cheese since I wanted that on my drink and a guy answered for her. But the whole interaction between me and her was just really awkward and uncomfortable, I couldn't wait to get my drinks and run out of there. So even though this place is closer to me for convenience idk if I want to come back. read more

Usually love sharetea but most of the drinks I've tried at this location taste bland. I've given them more than enough chances because I know they're new and because this is the closest sharetea to my house but unfortunately I just can't keep going back for drinks I just do not like. struggling with the star rating because i love sharetea and have been going to this store if not daily then every other day. pros: i love their mini boba!! cons: the worker with yellow highlight and glasses working there on 10/16 and 10/17 keep getting my order wrong. sat, she gave me a boba milk tea without boba, told me its hidden somewhere in there, i checked none. she had to redo it. sun, she screwed up on honey grean tea and make it into milk tea. i have been going to sharetea for months daily or everyother day and this is super annoying. she is super rude. please fix her. i love sharetea but super frustrated about the wrong orders. read more
