Was in O.C and wanted to get boba drink and came to this place and we ordered taro boba and matcha drink. I used to go share tea in Rosemead but they close down..then I found they have share tea on Bristol decided to go in and get there drink.. it's awful and it's not good at all. The taro doesnt taste like taro it's taste just like milk and water and boba wasn't taste fresh as well it's hard from the inside and I wasn't happy and that goes with the matcha as well doesnt taste nothing like matcha at all. Was very unsatisfactory and won't be coming back for sure... Service was ok got greeted. But when it came to receipt I told the guy it's not printing a receipt so the guy ask if I wanted a receipt so I said , well that's why I told you it's not printing my receipt so he said it's probably out of paper well then ok go get paper and put it in .. then it wasn't printing then he had to reprint.. first of all very unprofessional and very sarcastic attitude.if I can I would give no I would.. out of all the place I been this place is not a pleasant place.. Ambience here is so slow and theres like 2 tables and each tables has 4 chairs and that's it..I don't recommend anyone coming here because for the price you pay, you can go somewhere else and they'll make a better drink and worth it.. read more

We walked in and it wasn't that busy! We had a a few questions as there is a kiosk that you can order from. I don't mind ordering that way, but do i hope customers can be greeted and asked if they have any questions. We have never tried this place, and I wanted a smoothie like drink as we of course got a regular tea. The mango ice blended drink was amazing with boba. The inside is a bit small and narrow, not much room for bigger crowds... The popcorn chicken we got was a 5/10 as it seemed just a bit soggy and not crispy like we thought. The seasoning on it was on one side of the chicken and it looked like dark meat only... Not sure if we will be back, but rating for the drinks would be a 8/10 for sure! Tasty! My mom is picky yet she very much enjoyed her boba drink. The place offers the same drinks as their other locations and our entire process went very smoothly. Their boba was fresh and we didn't have to wait too long. I highly recommend their Sweet Frozen Bliss drink series since they include various toppings and are all so delicious! * German Shepherd: 8/10 - sweet and tart The place is located in Bristol Marketplace so it should be a breeze to find a parking spot. my boyfriend went to get us a late night snack and we've been to plenty of sharetea's prior to this. I asked for a fresh milk Matcha with cheese foam which they were out of, and I always get it with mini pearls. When we got our drinks, I noticed that I did not receive my mini pearls which was genuinely all I wanted. Then the worker tells us that they discontinued it, but didn't tell us at the register and if I had been told I wouldn't have gotten a drink at all. read more

One of my favorite Sharetea locations! The boba here is always fresh and consistent. I recently had catering done with Tanya and it was an amazing experience. She is super sweet, professional and easy to work with. The whole ordering process was simple and the set up was just perfect. We all had wonderful feedback from our guests about how great the drinks were and Sharetea was one of the highlights of our event. The boba shop itself is well maintained and has a good amount of seating to hang out. There is plenty of parking in the area. I highly recommend their drinks and catering services! read more

The service was good, but the food quality definitely not up to par anymore. For the increasing price, their portion got a lot smaller. Came in here for the first time to buy my loved one a drink . From the moment I walked in , no greetings , I was looked at in such an ugly way . I ordered the tiger boba , then asked a question because they have to different menus . 1 with a coffee creama and the other with a Vietnamese coffee crema . I asked Evelyn (I believe was her name based off of the receipt) if there was a difference between the 2 drinks if so what was it ? Was it just the type of coffee ? She answered with attitude "it's coffee with crema " I responded with "I understand but what makes the 2 different " she said it's coffee with sea salt on top " with not only attitude but in general disregarding my question , I felt rushed and unseen over a coffee . I then asked for the bigger size and she said it only comes in 1 size . I said that's fine . She then asked if I wanted them creama and I said yes just no boba please . She said okay and charged me . I waited until she called me up and got my coffee first . I asked if it had the crema because it was all 1 color . She said "you wanted crema?" I said "yes" she got the drink from my hands and took off the plastic wrap on top so harshly dumped some of my drink and added it . I go here pretty often before but recently I stopped. The consistency is not the same. Sometimes I get the drink exactly how I like it, other times it's too milky. I'm Not sure if it's a new person we got when we ordered these drinks but out of the 4 drinks we got, only one tasted right. We UberEats these so we didn't want to get ice and be watered down by the time it got to us. I have gotten drinks with and without ice (so I know the taste). The worst sharetea I have ever had, when it first opened I tried it and it was horrible, super sweet and boba is mushy, no tea taste just sweet milk. Came by a few times later, it is still bad, either too sweet or too bland, I guess the owner is skimpy on the original recipe and cut out the ingredients and not train their staff properly. We got the fresh green milk tea, and regular sweetness was just right. You can taste the tea. Cons: The crappiest thai tea I've ever tasted. Sip one: I can only taste sweetener and creamer. My husband suggested shaking it up and sipping from the top away from the boba. Sip two: still gross, no taste of tea. Although I am happy that this opened up closer to my house than the FV location, I am disappointed in their service as this has been a consistent problem for me. I like to order my drinks with less creamer at all locations and always ask for half creamer. This location has been unable to make that exception for me. The QQ Family milk tea is my favorite since it comes with a bunch of toppings. The first 2 times that I came here, I thought it was too sweet then I noticed the brown sugar on the side. If you order the QQ Family milk tea and you like it sweet, dont do anything, if you like it less sweet and you see the brown sugar on the side, just shake it! One afternoon while I was walking home, I wanted to have a cool drink. So I went to the nearest boba store and I was greeted by the cutest girl with bangs and glasses. She asked me how my day was and I of course told her that it was nice. She diligently made my drink (Hokkaido milk tea with pearls and eighty percent sweetness with less ice) and I have never felt this cared for in my years of living in Santa Ana. Good work. I've visited once where two teenage boys made everybody's drinks and left them on the counter while they talked about random stuff before giving everybody their already made drinks 5 minutes later once they had melted a bit. I love Sharetea and I have tried couple locations: Fountain Valley, Costa Mesa, and Fullerton. Finding out that they just opened this location near my house, I gave it a shot but the experience was not good. Even though I got the mini boba but it was not fresh, it was hard and chewy like it's been sitting there the entire day. Imagine the regular size of boba, I don't think I could even enjoy my drinks. Also, tea is not as strong as other locations and tasted really bland. The reason I gave them 1 star is also because of their customer service. One of the staff here was rude to me when I asked if my drink was already made since I wanted to do some adjustment. However, it was already made and I didn't ask for more. But the way she answered me seemed like she was yelling at me. She also turned back and gave some signs to her coworker and gave me an eyeroll when we made eye contact. I just found out about this location yesterday. I did not know that was a Sharetea near Santa Ana College until yesterday, I came here again today with my coworker. I got two passion fruit, orange, and grapefruit green tea with 30% sugar and regular ice today and yesterday I got a green milk tea with 30% sugar with regular boba. I like both drinks here and the sweetness level is pretty accurate like most Sharetea locations I have been to. read more
