Osmanthus oolong milk tea with homemade grass jelly and aloe

Located in the 4th street food hall, this boba shop serves up fresh teas. I grabbed a milk tea latte and it was very refreshing. There is a lot of explore in this food hall and time got away from me and the tea shop was nice enough to put my drink in the refrigerator. Structure parking lot. Please come and create your own adventure.

Loose Leaf Boba is located inside the 4th Street Market of Santa Ana. Once you enter the market, you can't miss it, they have a decent sized menu with a little bit of everything on it. I wanted to try something different over here because my usual go-to would be any sort of black milk tea with Boba. Over here I saw that they had some 50-50 drinks and it was recommended by the staff. Therefore, I had ordered their Original Fifty 50 which comes with Vietnamese coffee and milk tea mixed together. To make it more fun. I also added there coconut foam to add thickness to the drink. The drink was good, would I get that again? Not sure, depending on what I'm craving in the moment. One thing I did not like personally was the way the store was set up. It looks like the lights were turned off, and all the boxes were sitting on the table visually did not look like the store was open. And these days having a presentable store is everything, specially in this competitive market. As for parking. You'll have to park in the structure, and I don't believe they validate Just having the first hour free is all the grace you get.

Tried out some of their strawberry drinks and they were so delish! The staff is always so kind and welcoming(with a fire Spotify playlist) highly recommend trying out all of their drinks:)

What a hidden gem this place is! Located inside of a food hall, is loose leaf boba. I'm only able to judge off of one tea and the other my brother got. But both were really good. My fruit tea was the right amount of sweetness and it was literally brewed right there (no wonder why it took a while!) I will def be craving this refreshing tea!

Honestly did not expect much going to this boba place but wow I left very impressed! Probably one of the best ube based drinks I've ever had! The ube flavor was strong and non-artificial and the coconut milk was amazing too. Need to go back for sure!

Still one of my favorite boba shops! Today Josh took our order and was super nice and accommodating. One of my friends wanted a pandan milk and Josh was able to change one of the pandan colada drinks to not include any of the pineapple flavoring. My other friend also tried the new Strawberry and Creme drink and loved it! It's a yummy and sweet strawberry milk perfect for children :) There was a stingy customer that ordered after my group of friends. She was staring at Josh (who was working alone) and pressing him, complaining that the cup size was smaller and wanted some changes such as no ice and milk substitutions. Josh kindly responded to her explaining that it's the same cup and quickly adjusted her drink to her liking. He did great making so many drinks in such a short amount of time. Great job :)

Solid place for tea if you're grabbing food in the 4th Street Market. Relatively fast service even when busy. I ordered a basic matcha tea, which I saw them make with matcha powder and whisk, so it's the real deal. Not overly strong matcha but gets the job done for less than $6.

i just had one of the best milk drink, the banana foster milk was so good!! tasted exactly like a banana foster dessert, but in milk form. i was really surprised how tasty it was, I smashed it so quick, I definitely need to come back for the banana foster milk, I was recommended next time to try with oat milk.

Love the drink I got here! I got the mango colada and it was fantastic! Not overly sweet and the boba was perfect. There's a lot of interesting flavors on their menu and I'm sad I haven't been able to try the other ones. Service is pretty fast and quick, they'll text you when it's ready. It's in a food complex so it can get pretty lively around here.

Banana foster milk 50% sweet w boba: Soooooo good! Delicious banana cinnamon flavor! The brown sugar boba is perfect (no raisin flavor) and the texture is nice and squishy! 5/5 Assam black 25% sweet: A little watery but good assam flavor. 3/5

My partner and I decided to finally try the food haul at 4th Street Market. Parking: We visited on a Saturday and parked in a compact structure. Reading the signs, it stated they charge Mon-Fri (I forgot how much exactly) for parking while offering 2 hour free parking Sat-Sun. Ambiance/Environment: There's a lot of great food options. Plenty of seating. I wanted to find a drink to pair with my breakfast burrito, and it seemed like this spot was the best option. It was located next to one of their entrances. Service: There were only two baristas. It's self order through the iPad. The only interaction I had was when one of the baristas told me to ask them if I had any questions. They don't accept bills over $20. They were quick; throughput was under 2 minutes. What I ordered: I noticed they blacked out their prices on the written menu. Not sure why .. but the iPad had the prices. I noticed their most popular menu items were sold out. I really wanted to try the Deathwish Classic, Deathwish Black, and Chrysanthemum but they were all sold out. I settled for the Haus Coffee. I actually enjoyed this drink. It wasn't too sweet. The salted cheese foam wasn't really thick, but after stirring it, it made the drink a bit more creamier. Pricing: They offer two sizes - 16oz and 20oz. You can adjust the drink and add on toppings, with additional cost. They also charge extra for no ice. There's an option at the end of ordering for any special request. I put easy ice, and they were able to accommodate. The Haus Coffee was $6 for a 16oz. I didn't get their cute cup with a logo. They probably ran out of that too? I felt it would've been worth it if they were stocked on their popular drinks.

This location is located inside 4th Street Market so we stopped by to grab a sweet treat after lunch. We opted to try the seasonal drinks: peach mango sunset as well as the mango & cream. The peach mango sunset is a very refreshing drink. I ordered it 25% sweet with aloe and it didn't taste like a whole lot tbh but it was fine after a heavy lunch. I couldn't really appreciate the peach, mango, or dragonfruit flavors. The mango & cream is a blended drink. The boba had a good texture and the drink kind of tasted like a mango pina colada. Nothing about this spot particularly stood out, but if you happen to be in the area and want some boba this place will do the job.

Loose Leaf Boba Co is serving up some unique boba drink concoctions! This spot is located inside of 4th Street Market. There is street parking or parking garages all around the area. Once you get to the shop, you can order on a machine or with an employee. We only waited for about 5 mins and the drinks were out! We got the mango cream and pandan pina collision and both drinks were refreshing with some unique flavor profiles. The staff here are very welcoming and efficient. We will definitely be back to try some of their other items!

The barista was super friendly too and chatted with me while making my drink. They were chatting for a bit and when it came to be my turn at the register, her face completely fell and she did not welcome me or say any greeting. Just.....silence........so I awkwardly ordered my drink. Once I said my order, she turned her head to the specials menu, and had a cold, blank expression, which made me think that it was out or that they couldn't do what I asked. I asked her if the drink I ordered was available, and there was a long pause before she dryly laughed it off and said that she didn't register what I was saying. It felt like a lame excuse and it felt so awkward; so I just tried to be as polite as possible and continued with my order. I wanted to just sit down and leave asap. It was so disorienting because she had acted in a completely different way with the girl before me. I just shrugged it off as a bad day, but when I consulted my friend about it, she said that the same girl acted in the same way towards her. And then I came here to write a review and saw that another Asian woman seemed to have a similar experience, so it doesn't just seem like a one-off thing....

Great service caught me at Enchanted Coffee…read more Some coffee shops serve great coffee. Others leave you thinking about the experience long after you've left. Enchanted Coffee did exactly that. I stopped by around 12:40 p.m. on a weekday, and the café was already bustling with customers. Luckily, I found the perfect outdoor seat where I could enjoy the sunshine without sitting directly in it. Inside was clean and welcoming, with mostly high-top seating, a communal island, and a small corner with traditional tables. Being on the shorter side, I knew the patio was my best option. During my visit, I also noticed guests enjoying the café with their dogs, adding to the relaxed neighborhood feel. Whenever I visit a new restaurant or coffee shop, I'm looking for more than great food. I'm paying attention to the experience. Customer service is where I believe businesses either shine or fall flat, and it's often what determines whether I'll return. I ordered the Lox Bagel along with a lavender oat milk matcha. I asked if I could add a single shot of espresso, but Elizabeth explained they pull two shots at a time. I laughed and told her, "I don't want you to dump it," so I happily took the double shot. She also let me know the bagel would likely take 20-25 minutes because only two employees were working. I appreciated her honesty and told her to take her time. Instead, my food arrived in less than 10 minutes. The Lox Bagel came on an everything bagel which was my choice, smoked salmon, cream cheese, arugula, tomatoes, red onion, and capers. They serve it whole, allowing you to slice it yourself. The bagel had the perfect toasted crunch, while the combination of creamy cream cheese, fresh vegetables, salty capers, and rich salmon created a bite that was balanced and incredibly satisfying. The dirty lavender matcha paired beautifully with it. As more customers continued to pour in, I couldn't help but watch how the staff handled the growing crowd. People patiently waited in line, squeezed into available seats, grabbed drinks to go, and somehow everything continued flowing smoothly. Even with only two employees working, the service never lost its warmth. Enchanted Coffee captivated me with more than its coffee. It was the hospitality, the honesty, and the overall experience that won me over. Needless to say, they've earned themselves a new weekly customer. If you're in the area or simply want to be captivated by the drinks, food and service...definitely give them a try.

What I really liked was that I could taste the pandan! I also thought 75% sweetness was perfect for me. The size of the drink was also generous for the price as I'm used to smaller sizes at other matcha cafes for the same price. However, I didn't really taste the matcha which was odd because before mixing my drink fully, I took a quick sip and definitely tasted matcha. Once I did mix it though, the matcha flavor was gone, and I mainly just tasted pandan. Overall, mainly giving Airoma 4 stars for the service and efficiency! My drink was good, but not mind-blowing. Maybe their other drinks like their coffee are better, so I'd try them again if I'm in the area.
