the creativity of these drinks!! i tried the strawberry mojito and i was in love with the taste. it was sweet, citrusy from the lime, and had the smallest hint of a warm element, like some kind of spice. there was a layer of cane sugar at the bottom i believe, that added the smallest hint of crunch to it, kinda like eating pop rocks. i had 80% sweetness to my drink and felt like that was just right. the inside was super cute and aesthetic. it is on the smaller side, but i love how they had a cozy couch area with board games. once covid is less of a concern that'd be such a chill spot to hang out at! i do wish there were more options for sizes here. my drink seemed super small compared to my husbands, but my drink was a quarter more. i get that the mojito drink was more complicated to make but i felt like i finished it so fast and my husband got way more bang for his buck read more

check the hours exactly and if it looks dead dont go in, for some reason the door is never locked and if you go inside the employees just stare at you then dont tell you they're closed til you get to the front and then they look at you like you're dumb. seems like it's a running joke for them. their drinks are good but can be complex depending on what you order, i think anything with the ice cream in it is a little over the top. haven't tried anything here that knocks it out of the park to be honest. they have cool games so it's a nice place to relax and hang out with friends. read more

I purchased the matcha red bean milk tea with boba. I wanted to add an extra topping, but was told by the cashier I am only allowed one topping and that they don't make drinks with more than one topping which I found odd. I figured they were open since the doors were open right? All the employees just glared at me without saying a word. My friend stated her sensory difficulties when she ordered, and the worker made sure to check in as the drink was being made - making sure it was made so my friend could enjoy it. I stopped in here on the way up to Sacramento. The inside was clean and tidy. One negative is that they don't have a Tiger milk tea. I asked the cashier if there was anything similar and she looked like a deer in highlights. So I just picked a random drink. The register/card reader stopped working. The cashier asked another employee for assistance, and I think she got ignored. Awkward. I stood there for a few minutes dumb founded and excused myself to the restroom. When I came back it was still down. She said that my drink was made but I'd have to order on a mobile app/online. I got aggravated and said I'd like to Pay cash. Luckily I was able to. The drink itself was ok. It was made correct (light ice/extra boba) but the flavor was not spectacular. Probably a 7/10. The boba pearls had a good flavor/consistency. Being that I live locally in the area, I have been coming to this new spot in trinity for a few weeks now. Despite being a new spot, the drinks don't fall short to other established tea places. Though the customer service is mediocre, having such as young staff, the drinks I have gotten exceeded my expectations. The boba, compared to other places, is fairly sweet, which I enjoy. The one bit I feel they're missing is additional options beside boba that can elevate the customer experience, however I am unsure if they do this throughout the branch. Sharetea is my go to spot since it's so close to my home. Drinks are good and customizable, boba is pretty good. However wait time can be on the longer end which is not too bad but recently I've been catching workers talk down about customers or other workers out loud. A couple Fridays ago there was a staff member I believe talking about another worker and her attitude and saying along the lines of "that's why you got fired" and "she deserved it." Yesterday, I'm not sure if it was the same staff member, but she was speaking about a customer right before me that may have been a bit difficult and the worker was saying that the customer did not want to pay an up charge for a flavor and the staff member said she "did not give her any other options" and continued to speak down on the customer immediately after she left. Now I definitely understand customers can be difficult, especially with so many different options, but I do find it unprofessional to be speaking out loud about customers or any work place issues in front for customers to hear, especially when you are not offering different alternatives that the store offers to better suit what a customer may be having difficulties with. read more

Sharetea is probably one of the best Boba places ive ever had i love their honey milk tea or Thai milk tea.

i dont really have anything negative to say about this place. it's my usual go-to for my teas and boba fix. i usually get the peach kiwi tea with aiyu jelly but i do adjust the sweetness down! great quality compared to majority of the boba spots in stockton. i literally live like 20 minutes from there and it will be the only place i would wanna go to when im craving my teas. they're pretty good at getting my order out. thanks for making such great tea guys! :) read more

This review is based on my past few experiences here. On my first visit, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, due to them being a new business and working out the kinks. We ordered two drinks during this visit and we waited 40 minutes. Granted, if the drinks were worth that wait time, I would not have an issue; however, our drinks were just decent and tasted watered down. We came back on another occasion so that we could let our family try it out as well... not much changed and my opinion remained the same. We came back this last time just to redeem our free drink that we earned through our stamp card; however, the cashier (named Lexus) said I HAD to buy a drink in order to redeem a drink. Honestly, I've never had to order a drink before to redeem a free item using a stamp card anywhere else. What is the point of earning a "free" drink when I have to buy another one just to do so?
