I ordered this on Uber Eats. It arrived hot and fresh. The catfish was really good. I do like more lemon pepper on it, but the flavor was great. The service was well, clear communication with the restaurant through the app. I wasn't able to go inside because I did order this during my lunch break, but my food arrived in a sanitary condition. I had a taste for catfish and decided to give this location a shot after driving by it on the way home. I knew it could be a risky proportion because I'd never visited any Sharks location before, but decided to stop anyway. When I arrived there were two friendly employees behind the counter. I asked them if they were serving actual catfish or swai because many restaurants secretly pass swai off as catfish. The female employee smiled while the gentleman said the catfish steaks was catfish but the catfish fillets were swai. I opted for the 5 piece catfish steak dinner. It came with fries and a tiny container of coleslaw. It cost a little over twenty dollars. Sadly it turned out to be a waste of money. The catfish had no flavor and it wasn't fried hard enough. The fries were soggy and tasted as though they had been fried in the same grease as the fish. My sister ate one of the catfish steaks and didn't care for it. I had a small piece of it and instantly knew why she didn't like it. It was nasty... can't really sugarcoat it. That was a bummer for sure. I didn't even bother saving the leftovers. I felt the need to review this restaurant because I almost passed on it based upon the average stars. I read the previous reviews and realized it was mainly service issues and I realize that staff changes and sometimes either customer or staff member had a personality clash or could have had a bad day. I was in the area and we were hungry so I took a chance and decided to eat here. I'm so glad I did because I was pleased with the service and food. It definitely "hit the spot". When we walked in both the cashier and cook was friendly and pleasant to deal with. We were indecisive and the cashier was very accommodating. I had a special request and the cook happily complied. We ordered different variations of the fish fillets and chicken wings. The food was fresh and cooked to our preference. Everyone in my party was satisfied with their food. The others in my party ordered dessert but didn't eat it while we were together so I can't comment on the dessert. It is very rare that we sit down and eat in small carry out restaurants but we were hungry and far from home. The dining area was what you would expect from this type of establishment but it was clean and felt pretty safe (I say that very loosely these days). I asked the cashier, "can u all fix the wing that's sticking out of the foil?" I would've expected that total, if I had received the small PAN of catfish nuggets, like originally ordered, but for what I received?! ABSOLUTELY NOT. I called the place, the people continuously changed the prices of each of the items in question. I was told that 30 wings was 1st, $40.99, then, $45.99. I was told a box of fries was $5, then $7. I was also told, The small catfish nugget DINNER was $7.99. First of all...at NO sharks are 30 wings over $30! At Every single sharks I've been to and have even compared this location to via Yelp, 30 wings Is $24.99! That's some hell of a tax they have in this area to go from $24.99 to $45.99! I visit here often and honestly that last review is someone who clearly does read well. The food here is great and so is the service. I've never had an issue. Chicken is always crispy (it's not called Krispys by the way) and the fish is delicious. Also love the lemon pepper. My boyfriend and I ordered chicken and fish. I wasn't impressed the last time I had the chicken, so I decided to go with catfish. I know...the catfish are scavengers and will eat anything. Still, I decided that the chicken at this place wasn't my cup of tea. Big mistake! The fish was OLD and you could clearly see that it was old when the 2 inch thick batter fell off. They refried the fish and did so by dipping the fish in more batter. I know old fish and I know when fish is overcooked, regardless of the type of fish placed before me. Also, the fries had the taste of being cooked in very old oil and were gummy. Maybe the fries were old as well. Needless to say, we will never patronize this place again. Just disgusting.. read more

This is the ONLY sharks i know of with FIVE different flavors of lemon pepper (garlic, ranch, jerk, Cajun and regular). This and the fact that the food is always fresh is enough to keep me coming around on a regular basis. You pretty much know what to expect when ordering Sharks, this location is among my favorite Sharks but the selection of lemon pepper is what puts it at the top for me. Also, they do sell the lemon peppers by the bottle if you choose to try it out for about $6. Customer service is pretty good. It's typically the younger guy up there who never messed my order up like they do at many other Sharks locations. Definitely one of my go to spots when I can't think of anything else or craving some fried fish/shrimp. I'd recommend getting your food with the garlic lemon pepper or Cajun and tell them don't by shy with it either! read more

The delivery time is horrible and the food is usually saggy from the steam by the time ot gets to you.
