Go at your own risk. I've been ordering Uber Eats from this place over the past two months now. This was my first time actually going to the place. They do cook all food fresh to order but the fry cooks eat back there and they put on their gloves after eating they don't wash their hands and then put on gloves. The manager does not speak good English and he got my order wrong and tried to blame it on me. I had to go here after work to get the correct order. So if you have been placing an order order with the black lady she's the only one who speaks proper English in there and will ask you the right questions about your order because I don't know who the right mind is ordering fried fish with bones in it! Other than that the ambience is typical for a sharks place. There was no lingering funny smell in here though. I did eat my food after complaining about the glove situation. Normally the food is OK but I ordered some catfish tails and I told to fry them hard and what do I get when I get home catfish tail so fried hard they're crumbly and they're dark and I to complain and they told me oh we don't have basically eat those and be happy how you don't have when it was 10 o'clock when they open 11 o'clock when I you don't have no more come on they have terrible customer service. So this place came highly recommended. So after ordering a pan of fish 21 pieces. I inquired about steaks the young man on the phone advised I could get horse shoes and steaks. I also inquired about fries and stated they with be in the pan when my sister picked the food up and we opened the pan it was scraps 4 steaks and a pan of broken up horse shoes.. I called an spoke with the young lady in the store at the time and she stated to call back and speak to Amir(owner) I guess. SO with life getting in t5he way and being busy all week I called today and the same young lady I spoke to on monday stated that the owner says that how it comes for $80 I'm not eating anyones scraps. No fries were in the pan and the only response is that is how it comes we gave you a few extra pieces isn't acceptable in any situation. This is the worst sharks ever. Ordered a large catfish and tails. The fish was cooked crispy on the outside but the inside was totally mushy. Like it was a bad fish or something. Called back to let them know the owner told me the fish sat out to long. I placed my order at 6:30 called them back at 7:30 after my husband got back home with food and I tasted it. The owner took no responsibility and was telling me my order was placed 3hours ago. Totally absurd this fish was bad fish is not suppose to have a mushy consistency. PLEASE Don't go to this Sharks. I love seafood! But today I wasn't too happy with my fish fillet. It was tasteless and lacked of spices. I was surprise to see that I got more bread than fries. I'll continue to go because its close to home and it's nothing I can't take care of at home. But if you pick up a meal for the road remember to ask for salt and pepper or extra spices! read more

This is my favorite Sharks location. Getting some good fried chicken that's not full of grease can be a real challenge sometimes but this place has been great every time I have gone here. The place is pretty clean for a fast food place and the people never give us any issues there. The lemon pepper is awesome. I will go here for fried chicken or fish over all other places. read more

If I could give this place a zero, I would. My husband had a taste for fish and he says that this location is the best in the south suburbs. He picked up two catfish dinners and chicken wings for us Tuesday evening after work. While eating one of the four pieces of fish, I picked up that something wasn't right with the taste. I began inspecting it visually and thought nothing more. I should've just thrown the rest out because Wednesday morning, my stomach was so sour! I'm certain that this is food poisoning and I will never visit this place again!! The constant back and forth to the bathroom is brutal! From what I remember, it's not the neatest establishment and I've never seen them use gloves when handling the fish and chicken so it's very possible that the fish was handled improperly or just bad from jump. I don't know if they are all the same but the fishes are always good. Call ahead unless you feel like waiting for them to catch, gut, and cook your food. I've been going to this location since they opened and the quality of the food has gone down drastically!!! Several months ago, I ordered chicken wings and they were the smallest wings I've ever seen. I thought maybe it was a one time thing so I ordered wings again a few weeks later and the same thing, tiny wings. I hadn't been back in quite a while so I was there Friday and ordered a large catfish filet dinner. When I got home I was extremely disappointed.
