The lady at the front is extremely rude and not welcoming. As a doordash driver, we have certain times we need to pick up by. The food is never ready on time, and employee will give you rude looks if you don't sign the check-in book when you first get there. Rudest workers I've ever experienced in a fast food restaurant. I would have walked out but that's what the grands wanted. If I could leave no stars I would. First off, the store stink like old sewage. Although it was clean, the workers were arguing amongst themselves and had bad attitudes. When I got to the register both employees were busy. Once they got done they both walked to the back as if I was not standing there. I ordered A 10 pc hot honey rub all drums fried extra hard. The staff here is rude. The lady mumbles and expects you to hear her, and then you have to repeat everything you say. The wings came out and were so greasy I had to lay them out on paper towels to get some of it off. I love Wing stop, but I will not visit this establishment again. read more

And I will order online every once in a while maybe 2x or 3x a month. So far as I've gone to get my wings around closing time I go into the building to find it empty. Not from Macon, but I was told this was the place to get wings. The wings were a good eating size and the mild sauce was plenty. I like my wings crispy and they made them just right. The employees are nice and will let you try a sample of the sauce before you order, just in case you're not sure you'll like the flavor. The place is clean and they had a superb food score. read more

the wings here are not good. I ordered the lemon peppered wings. I figured since they are a personal favorite of Mr. Ross himself that they had to be the bomb. I was sorely disappointed. Not much lemon or pepper at all. Especially not much pepper. Now, here's what I gathered from eating them. It tasted like real lemon was used and that's great because maybe they're making an attempt to concoct their own lemon sauce with which to coat their wings. However, that's all the wings tasted like. Just lemon and oil. No salt, no pepper, just bland. Couldn't finish them and I couldn't give them away. No one who ate them enjoyed them. They were tossed. I love spicy food and food with a lot of heat so I got the Cajun wings. I wasn't impressed their either. the wing sauce for those was wayyyyyyyy too salty and the texture was all wrong. Very grainy and chalklike. I was hoping I'd enjoy these wings but unfortunately I did not. Both of them were unfinished and tossed. Never going back but at least I gave them a shot. read more
