(See pictures, and note how little steak there was compared to the chicken sandwich.). The fries were good. The Buffalo chicken cheesesteak was unbelievably greasy and salty. The chicken itself was cooked perfectly, and there was a generous amount of chicken, cheese, mushrooms, and onions. That being said, it was literally dripping in sauce, which was 95% grease, 5% flavor. I would definitely not order this sandwich again. On a side note, we received a text asking us to complete an online survey. I took the time to do so, and when I hit submit, it asked for THE code they sent us. They did not send us a code, so I could not submit the comment I took the time to write. This place needs to get their act together.

Later, I noticed employees looking toward our table and talking among themselves, but I didn't think much of it at the time. Near the end of our visit, a manager, who was incredibly kind and professional, came over to explain the situation. Apparently, our waitress believed my daughter had been taking pictures of her. My daughter was immediately upset and apologetic, even though she had done nothing wrong. To clear up any confusion, she showed us her camera roll. Sure enough, the most recent photo was exactly what she said it was: a selfie of her and her brother. What bothered me wasn't the misunderstanding itself. Mistakes happen. What bothered me was learning that employees had been discussing the situation among themselves and speaking about my daughter before anyone bothered to simply ask what was going on. My daughter ended up in tears because she realized the looks and conversations she'd noticed throughout the restaurant were connected to this misunderstanding. No child deserves to feel embarrassed or singled out over something that could have been resolved with a simple conversation. I want to give credit where it's due: the manager handled the situation with kindness and professionalism, and the food remains some of my favorite around. But the way this situation was handled left a sour taste that no amount of great wings could fix. I've always loved coming here, which makes writing this review disappointing.
