I had the front and rear differential fluid changed in July at this Valvoline location while I was in town visiting friends. Unfortunately the mechanic did not tighten the drain plug on the rear and I lost a lot of fluid since then. Found this out having my oil changed today where I live. Had to pay once again for this service today. Now wondering if anything is damaged. read more

Worst car wash in town. To have as many people working and yet my car was still dirt not one but three different times. I don't ask them to dry it but still I order the best wash they have and I don't seem to get what I paid for. No soap and no triple action rain x product. If I was rain x I would pull my product and name from this place. I would rather dive down the road and pay less and get way better results. After driving almost 1,500 miles through the desert south west, insect-rich farm land and dirt and gravel roads in the Rockies, I ended up in my beautiful home town of Kalispell with a not so beautiful car. In spite of me not being familiar with the process, and not doing things quite right, these professional and friendly gentlemen left my little CRV shining like the day I bought it. If you are looking for a "full service" wash, where the inside and outside are both taken care of, this is not the place. You do the inside, and they focus on the outside, getting all the bugs and dirt and road grime completely off. As a bonus, the vacuums are free! I'm not sure I'll make this drive again, but if I'm ever in Kalispell with a dirty car again, I will head straight to Pro Clean! read more

I went here because I was in the area. They asked what kind of oil and I said what do you recommend they had an oil for vehicles over 70,000 miles so I picked that. Once the truck was done they explained the air filter needed to be replaced and told me the air filter was 49.99. I passed on the filter and the oil change was 76.00! I usually pay $50.00 at my normal oil change place and I ordered the same air filter after the oil change on Amazon for $11.00. They were over priced and I will not go back. read more

This place is an absolute joke. Nice building but horrible service. The employees didnt seem to want to be there. I go to other Valvoline Express Care places and this one is the worst. Didn't tell me what they did and seemed upset that I didn't replace the air filter when they asked. Took forever too. I'll be checking to see that the drain plug is tight and the filter got changed. Last time I stopped into this shop is the last time I'll ever be back. After the tech broke the valve stem to my tire forcing me to rush to the local tire shop for a fix, I discovered that the oil plug was cross threaded requiring the entire pan cover to be replaced. Annnnd, there was only one bolt holding the entire skid plate on, also cross threaded. You think these guys would know how to use a wrench! No love from the owner either, basically was told to go fuck myself. Negative a million stars! read more

Horrible is the only way I can describe this business. Tire was slashed due to the track system at the car wash. The owner came out to tell me that it was my problem because my tire pressure was low. Even though they literally just checked them while changing my oil. Owner said he would replace the tire with a used one. Where are you going to find a used cooper tire with the same tread wear as my four others in Montana? What a mess. Owner would not bargain over a solution to his cheap run down shitty car wash. Poor customer service due to poorly behaved employee. My wife went there to get a car wash. She had our 2 kids (14&11) with her. One of the employees working with the sprayers got frustrated with the fact that she was not able to pull her car in the guiding rails. He ended up flipping her the bird. When she got home, she told me about it. I called the place and they end up telling me that my wife and kids were lying. He was absolutely sure that they were lying. Time to take my business elsewhere. read more

These guys can not put your cat back together. Have brought them two different cars and the under carriage protective plastics have not been put back together and pieces were missing. I work on air aircraft and can not endorse just pure laziness. Don't go there! read more

Horrible customer service. My husband was told when he took our car in that I had called and ok'd the more expensive synthetic oil. This did not happen! I never called and ok'd anything, so we were charged for synthetic oil in both of our vehicles, which cost us an extra $48. When I went in to talk to the manager, the customer service was awful. The manager tried to tell me he talked to me and when I assured him he did not, he told me that some lady with the same type of car called and he must have gotten it mixed up. They did not offer to refund any of the money or fix the problem. I was told by the manager that he could "toss me a car wash next time we came in". Best place to get your oil changed!! They were so helpful for me, the showed where I needed to get something changed or fixed and we real friendly! Dave took care of my car and had everything al ready and perfect to go! Beautiful lobby and great service! They take the time to notice their customers! I would recommend this place to everyone! After going to Valvoline Express Care for ten years with 4 to 5 cars I won't be going there again because of the rude owner. At a recent oil change I had to bring my own oil cause they didn't have Mobile One. I have taken my own oil for this car and usually no problem. However this time I was told that I couldn't count it towards the 5 changes get one free program which I had 2 left to go. I had brought my own oil in 3 different times and they had always counted. The owner had just walked in and in a rude way said bringing your own oil doesn't count. Also the clerk told the owner that he needed some change cause he owed me a penny and the owner told him I'll get it when I can. I told the guy don't worry about the penny, but the owner saw a penny on the desk and tossed it at me and said "there's your penny" in a very rude tone. So I won't be using them again and will let every person I know not to go there even to the Car Wash. read more

The most obnoxious employees that I have ever encountered. They pounded on my hood, yelled when I didnt pull in fast enough for them, and treated me as if I was plain stupid. When I looked at my car after I went through the wash it was still dirty. I pulled around to talk to a manager and spoke to Mark who was as obnoxious as the employees.
