Short Review: Come to this location in a pinch. Long Review: Sometimes I wonder if it's just this location or if Staples in general has stopped caring about their brand. This location, while sufficiently stocked and providing the average store services, is just shabby looking and in need of repair. The dull, in-need-of-paint sign out front is not the best way to greet your customers, but that's what's there. The friendly staff makes up for it, though, when they welcome you in. I went in to use the marketing services - all I wanted was to scan some album covers but the printer/scanners don't accommodate anything larger than 11x17" sadly. How are small businesses supposed to really accomplish anything out of the box? Well you won't with Staples. The best thing about this location is that it has its own parking lot and they are open late, compared to their competitors. And maybe that's what the chain wants as its point if difference, but they could stand to expand their small businesses services. read more

OMG. I just experienced so many clunky issues with trying to put in a print order for business cards and THEN when I was asked for input on the experience, THAT was messed up as well. How irritating to have to waste so much time trying to get files to upload, then having issues with my email not being recognized, and even the "human vs robot" verification was messy. You need to type all lower-case letters, even when some letters are upper-case. WHAT??? I ended up having to spend about 5 times more for Staples to design the business cards, even though I know EXACTLY what I want printed, but the system wasn't recognizing a Word file (even though it says it accepts .doc files). read more

One customer went to go ask for help and was told, "Someone was coming." After I waited for 5 minutes, and no one came, I left. The service is horrible. How can you have a store with no employees? I had recently bought some Indian kurtas for a future Diwali celebration. From the 8 different sets, only 3 fitted me well. Hence, I had to return the rest to Amazon. Well, Staples is now the place to drop off Amazon returns for free. I drove to this Staples on my way home from work to take care of the returns. I walked in and started looking for signs to the Amazon drop off area. Luckily, it was to my right all the way in the corner... you'll have to walk past all the printers. There was no one at the counter at the time, but I saw 3 people standing in the back area. I waited about a few minutes before the lady finally walked over to me. Anyway, she had to scan each item separately and I got 3 separate receipts which was fine. However, I thought it would be easier to scan all three and then one receipt, but I guess Staples does things differently compared to other Amazon drop off spots. It was still easy and quick though! At this time, Staples is offering $10 of $30.00 purchase so 3 receipts, 3 discount offerings. Cool! Now I get to decide if there's anything I need to buy from Staples. I have been eyeing the eco meal containers so I walked around the store looking for them, but this store doesn't carry them. I needed to return an item from GAP and they informed me to take the return to Staples! I didn't need to print out a label nor package it up. Wow! The return process was easy. They even gave me a $10 off $30 coupon for Staples for taking my GAP return there. I interacted with two employees there. The first was an African-American woman working in the printing/returns center and the other was a Hispanic man at the register ringing up my Staples purchases. COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. Some of the staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open and available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing some office supplies from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. Unacceptable customer service and utter lack of accountability. Accidents happen but the nonchalant response with no effort to remedy the situation was insult to injury. Ordered 2 things to be printed. They opened the files in front of me, charged me and told me it would be ready the next day. They had my number to call me when it was ready. After receiving no call, I called them. They never printed my item because they forgot to SAVE the files to their computer (they didn't forget to charge me and take my money though). They didn't call me to let me know. They claimed they cant accept a Dropbox link (?) so I had to drive back there AGAIN to hand them the drive with the files AGAIN. The incident involved an employee named Russel, and I feel compelled to bring this matter to your attention. Upon entering the store, we politely asked an associate at the cashier if we could use the restroom, and there were no signs posted or indicating it was out of order. However, when we approached the restroom, we crossed path with another employee Russel whom informed us that it was out of order. Strangely, there was no indication of this, and there was a Crowd Guidance System located just before the path to the restroom which was not in used at all. We decided to go about our shopping, feeling uncomfortable due to Russel's gaze, as if we were being suspected of theft, despite being there to make purchases that was a few hundred dollars. As we proceeded to the cashier, Russel's behavior continued to be concerning. He seemed to scrutinize us while inspecting our hands and scrutinizing our identification when Russel requested for it, creating an atmosphere of profiling, discriminative and discomfort. When I asked for his name, he identified himself as Russel but claimed not to have his ID badge when I asked why don't you have one on, which is unacceptable since he was not wearing the staples polo uniform, particularly considering the nature of Staples business. This incident left us feeling profiled, discriminated against, and overall uncomfortable. Such behavior contradicts the values of customer service and respect for patrons. Customers should not be subjected to unwarranted scrutiny, especially when there is no reasonable cause for suspicion. I urge you to conduct a thorough investigation into this matter and take appropriate actions to address Russel's conduct. If he is a manager as some of the associates states, I would highly recommend to have him removed as a manager, Customer trust and satisfaction are paramount, and incidents like these can significantly impact your brand reputation as this store has been shown slow customer traffic the last few years that we been coming here. Poor customer service! I requested a print on 4/30 at 12:01pm. The order needs to be in by 12:00 for same day. I missed the cut off time by a minute. So I called the store and ask if they were able to help me. The woman working in the print counter stated that they weren't busy and should have done by 8:30pm. Based on what she stated, I called at 9 before driving there. The prints weren't ready. Which isn't a problem because I did not make the cut off time. But the second girl at the counter said it will be ready in the morning. So I called today at 9:30 and the girl this morning said they had a rush order that needs to printed first and that I should wait till after 8:30pm. I needed the posters today by noon. They should not promise something they can't commit to. If the first person told me that they wouldn't be able to help me get it sooner. That would have giving me time to cancel the order and seek other options. This is what made me upset. I could have got them by going somewhere else if they would have been honest. Then this morning I asked if I wanted to cancel my order what can I do. Karen said cancel it on your end so I can cancel it on my end.
