From the front desk, to the optometrist assistant to the actual optometrist the service here is unmatched! Truly makes me wish it was a thing that occurred more, is twice a year too much? Maybe one day we will live in a world where we can utilize insurance as much as we see fit ‍ I brought some glasses that I got here last year to have repaired and my warranty covered a whole new set for only $50. The original price for the frames and lens were about $700 altogether. It's definitely expensive to have visual acuity, but I think we can all agree it's a source we all rely on to maneuver through our daily lives! Eye care providers are the real silent heroes and I'm thankful for everyone's service provided during each visit. I have wanted to switch to contacts for awhile but because I have a Astigmatism they just don't seem to want to cooperate with me. But Dr Marr went above and beyond trying to get me ones that would would work. He always spends the time with me helping try lenses and seeing if they will work. He is never in a rush to get to the next patient. He is just all together friendly. Which is why the three of them work so well together. They just mesh well together to make your visit a pleasant one. Robin takes care of helping you with your glasses and is uber patient because well, I am THAT patient! I just had my yearly check up this week and the staff is nice, helpful, and professional. Their staff member, Chloe, did a variety of my pre-testing this week and the ordering of my contacts and I had a good experience with her as well. I don't have Eye insurance, but they do have a coupon on their website that you can print off for either a returning visit or a first time visitor. I also have to use another location of theirs in Overland Park for a specialized Eye test once a year. I believe that they will match any price for contacts that you find online as well. I choose to have my contacts purchased and sent to their location and that I pick them up so I don't have to worry about them in my mailbox. They have a nice selection of eyeglasses as well. I would recommend their services.

(less than a business day from my appointment) They did not inform me when I MADE the appointment that this change would be implemented, so I had to search for another practice if I did not want to pay 100% out of pocket. I asked repeatedly why the decision was made, but no one could answer this question. Fast forward to a few weeks ago and unsurprisingly I had the same experience. The staff at Krannawitter eye care are super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Even though he does not do chronic pain patients he always ask about those medical issues as well as what he was treating me for. Never once did he make me feel like I didn't need or shouldn't take a medication that I knew worked for me. If I ask for additional test he evaluated me and trusted my judgement on how I felt with symptoms I had. Dr Ehly is truly one of a kind in a good way. I will miss him in starting over treatment in a new state. I can only hope to find a Primary Care Doctor half as good.
