Took a flustering situation and made it so easy in under a half hour. All signed up and covered. Pre or post Medicare age. We were losing coverage and needed some help understanding our options. Got a tailored plan based off of age, income, employment status, medical needs, dependents, preferred DR's and Hospitals, typical insurance usage, prescriptions, etc etc. I was told before I left, if I had any questions or issues arise along the way, to give them a call for anything related to our plan, coverage or billing.
