I did not enjoy my meal from this restaurant. I had ordered for delivery. The meals I ordered was the falafel wrap and the falafel plate. The falafel was very dry. The falafel plate included fries and the tasted old, cold, and like fish. The only things that were okay to eat was the hummus, the lavash and the red sauce. I really want to like this place, but it's below average. I asked for no onions, and my food was covered in onions. I asked for lavash bread but I got pita bread. The kabob was dry and over cooked. I'll probably give them another chance but if you're picky and like to customize your meal just a little then I say don't even bother with this place. read more

Yummmmmmm! I agree with others that the service is a bit slow. I understand that they have a lot of orders to complete, but if it takes long, they should hire more people. So if you're thinking of ordering from here, give it at least 1-2 hours (depending on how far you live). I'm a few minutes away, and it took more than an hour for them to deliver to my house, although part of the reason was because my place is hard to find. Anyway, they apologized and were kind about it, so it's all good. Other than that, the food is delicious! I ordered the beef lule kabob with rice, hummus, pita bread, and yogurt. Asked for plain shawarma wrap - meaning just meat and wrap - for delivery. When our food arrived, the dish was not plain - sauce, veggies, etc. We called and asked for a replacement while the person on the phone gave attitude for their own mistake. They even called back to double check that we wanted the dish plain. They said it would be 40-45 minutes. An about 90-100 minutes, the delivery man arrives with a blase' "It wasn't my fault." Not a 'sorry for the mistake', 'sorry the wait', nothing of the sort that someone who knew customer service would say. And guess what? The wrap STILL wasn't plain! Oh my god horrible! I ordered online for take out, beef wrap, and salad you'd think how bad can this be right?! Wowwww the wrap had NO FLAVOR, and was DRY. The salad I ordered cabbage (got double charged! It says 3.99 but adds up to 7 something) but they didn't have it when I got there. Instead they gave tabouleh salad which was clearly just seasoned because I got chunksss of salt and pepper in my mouth. You can clearly see the seasoning overly done on one section. You'll say mix it right? Ok I did, DISGUSTING! I had asked for an extra order of vegetables because no were did it Mention it comes with it so I paid extra there too. Not only, the picked beets tasted so bad. So regardless it came with it or not it was BAD anyway. Overall, I went with the ratings on yelp when I choose to place my order but from my experience I'd definitely not go back nor would I have ever given anything more than a 1 or 2 star and only because the place was clean and the meat was alright. read more

The management is simply amazing and due to this, I would really recommend this place to everyone and anyone who is looking for some delicious wraps, plates, sides and much more. I constantly order food from here and I have been to the actual restaurant as well, and they leave me more than satisfied every single time I eat from here. Their chicken shawarma plate and beef kabob plate are a must try. Both plates are very tasty and you don't want to miss them. I have to say they have the best shawarma in town and the best varieties of kabobs and wraps. There is a lot to choose from, so there is something for everyone's liking. The customer service is pretty good as well and all the workers are hard-working, responsible, responsive, nice, and they provide the best customer service. Got a chicken wrap from here today, and it was absolutely delicious! It was fresh, warm, and came in a plate that also had two sides--amazing hummus and pickled veggies and banana peppers. I devoured it in five minutes. Highly recommended!!! read more

They said they delivered so I ordered delivery. The lady on the phone had a hard time understanding our order but that was fine. They said it would be 1/2 an hour. after 45 minutes we called to check on the order. I heard the same lady in the background say "oh my god" like they had forgotten or something. Then a gentleman gets on the phone and says the delivery guy delivered it to the wrong house. He said it would be another 20 minutes to make another order. Then they called back to find out what our order was which convinced me again that they never made it in the first place. So we waited another 30 minutes and were very upset. so we call back and ask if the food is on the road, because if not we were going to cancel the order. She said it was, then proceeded to say they were just packing it up. So she straight out lied about it being on the road. It finally got there after 1 hour and 40 minutes. For beginners it took an hour to get my food. my order was wrong and I appreciate them fixing that but they left the food on the counter while fixing mistake so the rest was cold. The hummus was very bland, meat was dry and fries were overcooked but soggy. I wanted to like this place because its so close to us compared to zankou but it doesnt compare at all and not enough meat and the oil they used for the fries just didnt taste right, tasted bitter. I have been to this place at least 10 times but today is my last! They got my order wrong and when I called to let them know there was a mistake on their menu and my order the guy on the phone just wouldn't listen and was very condescending. Nothing is worst than craving something all morning, Driving there to pick it up and when you get home it's the wrong order, Not to mention the money wasted, According to the guy there are 2 combo plates that you can get for $15.99 on the menu. One w/ Beef lule w/ chicken and another Shredded beef w/ chicken which is what I wanted and usually get, I had no idea they had the other combo and the combo I wanted doesn't even exist on their online menu. All I see on this menu as of 8/24/19 is Combo Plate With chicken and beef. Served with hummus, grilled green pepper and tomato, choice of rice or French fries and pita bread or lavash bread. Love this place ! Especially after learning they deliver to your house for free !!! I'm not sure if you have too live a certain distance to qualify for the free delivery ? I would ask. The Beef Shawarma Plate. That's what you come here for. You can try other things on the menu, I suppose, but I don't see why you would want to. The Beef Shawarma plate is hands down the best Shawarma plate I've had in the L.A. area. The lavash is warm and soft, the hummus is solid, and the beef is really just incredibly flavorful, as is the sauce they drizzle over it. On top of that, you really do get a good amount of food for the money. I'm always well full after my meal. I've also tried the falafel, which is good, not great, but again, the beef Shawarma plate is everything you want it to be and more. Heads up: it usually takes them a little while to get the food prepared, say 15 minutes or so, so I wouldn't come here if you're in a hurry, but they more then make up for it with great food, and they're all very friendly over there too.
