We ordered the "family share" chateaubriand. We realize this is an expensive cut, but the portion is definitely not a sharing cut, around 4 oz. It is closer to a single entree. When it arrived, the plate was cold, like the meat was lukewarm and the cauliflower was ice cold. Again, we had to ask for silverware and plates for this "family style shareable" plate. We brought the cauliflower temperature up with the server and got new cauliflower after we were done with the rest of the meal. Also, I sat with an empty wine glass and no one stopped to ask if I needed another glass. When the servers did stop by, it was a short interaction and we never even had a chance to ask before they were already walking away. We saw so many people come in and out that they must be doing something right, but for us, our experience was mediocre. If our meal would have been the correct temperature (it was well prepared, just cold) and better execution on the service, we may have had a better experience.

The inside of the restaurant might make you wonder what would ever make you find this restaurant that's tucked in an awkward corner of a strip mall, but the fried chicken will make you realize you've discovered an international chain hidden gem in Douglas County of all places. The chicken comes out hot, generously sauced, and even the fries are good here. The owner is super nice, and CM Chicken is up there with Bonchon, Bb.q, and Dagiya as one of the top Korean fried chicken options in the entire Denver Metro area.
