I explained that I needed an appointment for a medication renewal and even provided the name of the medication to the scheduler before the appointment was confirmed. When I arrived for my appointment, the provider refused to see me because the medication wasn't one she had originally prescribed nor was it one she "prefers" to prescribe. Rather than explaining this to me herself, I overheard the conversation through the exam room door while she spoke with the medical assistant in the hallway. The medical assistant then came in to explain why I would not be seen. When I asked why the scheduler hadn't informed me of this when I specifically identified the medication three weeks earlier, my concern was dismissed. I had taken time off work, waited three weeks for the appointment, and still left without being seen. I left as soon as I was able to.

Not something that I am clueless to, but because of that, she had already decided I was not worthy of a decent conversation to help me at all! She sat across the room from me with her laptop. I clearly made her uncomfortable. Eye contact was minimal. Her suggestion to me was to go see pain management doctor! She struck down any hope I had and made me feel disgusting! I had to wait for a note from her to give to my primary doctor. In the notes, it described a detailed examination talking about ROM etc. She NEVER ONCE laid a hand on me or examined me to even really understand my situation. I've worked in medical all my life, and never once made anyone feel unworthy for being fat. Hey..even the Doctor himself had to cruise through the lobby when I was waiting for her note. I suppose so he could get a LOOK at me too. Conclusion is don't go here if you're fat, they don't like helping fat people.

I've been to this location multiple times over four years and every-time, my doctor has been judgmental and seems irritated with me. As a gyno, you deal with a multitude of things on the daily, there should be no judgement towards women who come to YOU for help. And calling the office is the worst! You can never speak to a real person. Scheduling an appointment is nearly impossible too. I had one scheduled for 1pm and without any prior notice, they changed it to 2:50pm, nearly THREE HOURS later!!!! Women's health is not taken seriously enough, do better.

The same cannot be said for Dr. Murray -- someone I never saw but who was the person that reviewed an ultrasound of mine and said it was normal with no follow up needed. Imagine my surprise when my PA comes in during a different visit showing me my entire ovary covered in cysts. It is no secret Dr. Murray is dismissive of young patients, however, to call an ultrasound showing an ovary full of cysts "normal" for a patient you've never met, is close to malpractice. The office will also deny you care. On two occasions appointments I was requested were denied. One for a follow up for an abnormal Pap smear "just get another one in a year" and another where I was told "nobody does that for young patients." As much as I LOVE my PA, the office itself is a mess and I don't want to continuously have to fight to talk to a real person, deal with the rude front office, and basically beg for anyone other than my PA to take me and my pain seriously. Each time I'm told that my records will be reviewed and someone will call me to schedule an appointment. This has not yet happened. I have no idea if Dr Jagadish is a good doctor or not - I just know I haven't received any kind of service from the office. For someone in constant pain, it's very discouraging.
