A good old teeth cleaning is was brought me in this day and a fantastic teeth cleaning is what I got!! The place is small and secluded in a corner on the cross section of Brentwood Blvd and Lone tree Way. You would not expect much from this little old building though, you suprisingly walk into an extremely bright, cheerful and quite spacious little place. I have braces so, I actually had the wires taken off specifically for the cleaning though, even with that, it can still be difficult...not in there case, they did an absolutely fantastic job!! My teeth looked absolutely flawless and it was all done gently and effortless!! Not to mention the staff was exceptionally friendly and made me feel right at home. I actually look forward to my next appointment : )

After my experience with Dr. Gill, I'm hoping I'll have my dental needs covered for the next 25, provided I floss.. The office itself is on a somewhat busy street and parking can be a bit difficult. Unless I missed the parking lot, there is only street parking, so bring coins for the meter. Inside, the receptionist was courteous and I didn't have to wait too long to be seen. I was greeted by Dr. Gill and her assistant, who were both friendly and professional. The office and the equipment all seemed new. They made me feel comfortable and Dr. Gill explained everything they were going to do. She was quite thorough. Most importantly, she actually asked me what music I wanted to listen to! Before long Dr. Gill was doing her work while I was listening to my own Pandora station. I love my music so that little touch went a long way with me. When she was done, Dr. Gill went over my xrays and pictures with me, answered my questions, and gave me some personalized recommendations for my teeth. After that, I was on my way. Dr. Gill seems young but she is skilled, smart, and relates well with people. I will definitely be coming back.

I had gone in for a second opinion for work that my old dentist had recommended costing $$$$. Dr. Gill took time to review. She took information over the phone and had already pulled and reviewed my dental history before my appointment. She took a fresh set of X-rays (digital) and had them on the monitor screen for me to see in no time. She reviewed the area of concern and recommended the minimum treatment required. I was very happy with with the tooth treatment which involved drilling and refilling the area of concern. She was very thorough and sent me a follow up card to see how I and my filling was doing. I highly recommend Dr. Gill's dental services and will be going there in the future for all my dental related work.

I had always been happy with Kristi's work and wonderful attitude so I was a bit apprehensive about trying out a new doctor. All I can say is WOW! Dr. Morgan helped me feel right at home and I instantly felt at ease. I am not sure if Morgan and Kristi hang out outside of work but they even have similar laughs which probably helps (ha!). During my visit, Dr. Morgan found some additional cavities that Dr. Doberenz missed. Her team was able to work with my hectic schedule and fit me in very quickly. All of the apprehension that I was feeling before had melted away by the time I left. I feel 100% comfortable with Dr. Morgan--she is a wonderful doctor and does excellent work. The dental hygienist that worked with me was also new but she was super sweet as well. I double checked my teeth after my cleaning and was really happy! Bonus. Lastly (and very importantly), Dr. Morgan's billing team did a great job of explaining my costs and recommended that I wait until the new year to perform a few of my fillings. This saved me a ton of money as my coverage had run out for the year (she showed me on the monitor that the cavities could, indeed, wait that long). I was happy to find Dr. Doberenz through a friend's recommendation. As far as dentist appointments go, I found my visit with Dr. Doberenz to be pleasant and efficient. I showed up early for my appointment and I was seen right away. Dr. Doberenz was very sweet and attentive. She found a small cavity from my X-Rays that my previous dentist had missed. Nelly, the dental hygienist, was very thorough. When I went back for my cavity filling, I again did not have to wait at all and I was in and out in 30 minutes. The office is clean and simple and the staff is friendly and knowledgable. My previous dentist's office had separate rooms for each exam so I found it odd that all the exam chairs here are out in the open in one big exam room so you feel as though your appointment is being broadcasted throughout the office. Even though dental information may be less private for some people, I still found it uncomfortable to be eavesdropping on everyone's exams. Overall, I found my experience to be positive and I will be coming back for my regular check ups.

Brenda, the receptionist gave me the next available date which was October 25th, 2011 @ 10 am. She wrote down the appointment on their business card with the date of August 25, 2011. Bad!!! Strike #2. I made a call to the office prior to my appointment date. Left them a voice mail, asking if there was any prior steps, I need to take the night before. I ended the msg by asking them to please give me a call back. I included my mobile #'s twice. ***Did not return my call + No courtesy calls.*** How extremely Unprofessional!!! Footnote: Here's the kicker of it all. On Oct. 20th, I was chatting with Brenda(receptionist) regarding "Customer Service" and how it's a dying breed.
