Salad bar is hit or miss- go look before you order, had more fruit than salad this time. I would do "highly recommend" because their main server is great but they are always short staffed (granted, we only come on weekend nights). One waiter and one runner is not enough for a busy night. Seems you could hire a high school kid to just bus tables and run food, but I don't know maybe they have tried. It is the number one complaint from not just me. Seafood enchiladas were good, I like their salsa which is not too spicy but has flavor. IF you want spicy I think you can order more authentic with an upcharge.
