We are traveling in our camper van from California and caught a rock on the windshield that quickly spider-webbed. We started calling shops along our route from Santa Barbara to Portland. They did a good job replacing my front windshield, which was damaged during the recent ice storm, but they didn't do the best job cleaning the glass bits that accumulated on the dash, seats and floor after using a power tool. I cut my finger while inspecting the work, I suggested to one of the managers that they carry a small portable vacuum and do a better job cleaning. He was very apologetic but I would make sure that they clean your vehicle after any work is done. read more

This company is absolutely horrible, I had the worst experience getting my windshield replaced by this company, they damaged my Dash. And the owner of the company tried to blame his subcontractor. And when I called the subcontractor to help me he hung up on me. The owner is extremely unprofessional and I question if he is licensed bonded and insured, I still have not gotten my Dash repaired yet, he tried to say that he knows a guy that could fix it,. and this was three months ago. I gotta say, i was about to spend $395 to have some lame company downtown come replace my side window which was the victim of a hate crime over the weekend.
