The CEO seems to not care very much about the safety or quality of the facility, he warned me that if I work there that I will need to get used to him swearing and making inappropriate comments, he asked me what my political views were (complaining that the person in the position before me was a republican and he didn't like that), and told me that if I was hired he wouldn't need to pay me as much salary because I didn't have a lot of experience. It also should be mentioned that they don't offer any benefits (including health insurance). Overall, this place is unlike any other place that I've seen.
