Took a break for awhile Because we had issues with appointment times. But, boy am I glad to be back. I tried all of the others. There is NO nail salon that does my nails as well as Shayna's. Ahhhh.

The only design he did was the black and those crosses. $50

Rip off. I had nude nails and asked for some french tip only solid black to be added, I did not need a fill just color added. I also asked for two silver cross charms but they didn't have them and I said that was fine without but they said they would draw it on. They proceeded to try to charge me $50. I asked them to break down the price because that is absurd for black french tip and two lines. They said they would do $45. $45 when a fill they said costs $60. They used no drill, acrylic, shaping tools, simply one brush and two polish colors. Insane pricing! Total rip off looking to pick on young girls without mothers to defend themselves. Will not be going back.

I got my nails done the first time and they chipped all on the corner ends... I thought it was weird but gave them another chance.... Well I got my nails done last Saturday... that Monday I came in to get 2 nails fixed due to they chipped same spots as before at the end of the nails in corner (pic to follow) ! The following Monday (yesterday) I went back to get 3 nails fixed two being the same nails that chipped on the side again. Today I looked down and my nail that was fixed yesterday was chipped again in the same spot. Let me be CLEAR my nail isn't chipping the dip is chipping off.... They said they had to charge me 10.00 on Monday to fix cause the following Monday they fixed them as well... I said that's fine! But honestly I have been getting my nails dipped for over 11 years never had a chipping problem until I came here... I won't be back...

I have been going to Shayna's for about a year now whenever I get my nails done for an event or something, and I leave satisfied and in awe of my nails every time! Every person at Shayna's does a phenomenal job and takes time to get to know you as a client and make you feel comfortable while you're getting a service. They pay close attention to detail and always fix little things for those of us that are picky lol! I have had my nails filled from them many times and it was ok, but they never have good service. But usually they are fast and affordable. But today a normal fill took 2 hours and 20 minutes!!! That is so unexceptable in my opinion. It's usually one hour. The girl who did my nails literally took an hour just to sand off the polish and sand the nails, and they still charged me full price. Not going back. Sorry. read more

This salon is great! Each of the techs do a great job. I usually see Alan for pedicures and Tracy for manicures. Today June took care of my pedicure. She took her time and was very thorough. the Dead Sea package is so relaxing. she listened to my concerns about sensitive areas. Then Tracy did my manicure. She, too, is thorough and does a great job. Linda does, too; well, they all do. I usually get chrome gel polish and not every salon does that. I know my nail color will last. This salon is very clean and precautions are taken. some people comment that it takes a long time but I appreciate the thoroughness. I always make sure I have time to stay so I don't have to rush them. Everyone there is very pleasant. Give them a try! it'll be a nice experience. They also do men and have a special little chair for young girls. read more

I got a mani pedi and my sister got a manicure. There was a wait but mine was much shorter than my sister who waited atleast 30-40 minutes. The pedicure was great and relaxing and they even give a small shoulder massage with your manicure. My only complaint is that the manicure could've used more attention to detail. Some of my nails has some spots not covered by polish etc and the lady also clipped my cuticle which made me bleed and didn't even apologize or anything. When i got home I stubbed my toe which chipped of my nail polish but they were nice enough to fix it the next day! read more

Shayna's Nails has been in Ahwatukee for over 10 years. I have been going to them this entire time even though I dont live in the area any longer. They always do a great job. If there is ever something that you don't like they are great about fixing it or changing it for you. They are customer service driven. They also have an online appointment system. They offer waxing services as well. read more

The overall experience is ok, but up selling and pushing left a sour note. I can not have gel manicure due to my work, I had to decline at last 6 times the gel manicure offer, including colorless gel (what's the point?) My nail technician kept talking on her phone, getting up and walking around to help other people, simple visit that should take about an hour, was stretched into 2.5 hours. read more

I don't know why I continue to go here. Today was my last attempt. Even with an appointment I waited over 35 minutes. I wanted a mani pedi and was told they were too busy so they'd prioritize my mani. Even then, I waited and waited. Was not given updates on timing or even asked to pick out my colors. When I got up to leave I was bluntly asked "where are you going?" I replied "somewhere else" and that was it! Very devastating. read more

I will no longer go to this salon. Even with appointments, I have to wait. As a result, I don't have time to get the manicure portion. What is the point of making a reservation if you still have to wait 30-45 minutes? The last appointment I made was given to a different customer and not honored. I'm not sure what's happened, but the customer service has now lost my business. read more

I've been coming to Shayna's for over two years, and I'm always leaving a happy customer. I've been helped by a few different nail techs, and they are all great. My go to is always Anna and Pink. I moved out of the area last year, but I still make the drive to Ahwatukee. I highly recommend making a nail appointment online or giving them a call before stepping in because they can sometimes get busy. But nonetheless, it's a great place and love the time they take to take care of every customer. read more

I needed a mani/pedi for my husband's holiday party. I didn't have time back home to take care of it, so opted to try to find something locally and close to our hotel in Chandler. After reading reviews. I opted to try Shayna's Nails. I'm so glad I did! I had Linda and Tina as techs. They were super nice. The vibe is friendly and the other ladies are hilarious. Let's talk nails. I ended up having the gel nails service. Since it was the holidays I picked a shimmery red color. Linda suggested a snowflake but she changed her mind and gave me a candy cane instead. I have to say it turned out better than I expected. If you're looking for a new shop to try, I would highlY recommend Shayna's Nails. read more

I am so disappointed. I went back to get my dip powder nails taken off cause I can't have long nails at work so I just wanted a regular manicure. It was the worst manicure I've ever gotten. Idk if it was the products or how the lady did my nails. The next day my nails literally started chipping. It was like she didn't apply the final coat to my whole nail so the edges started fraying. I've literally never seen this before. I just feel like it shouldn't matter if I'm paying $50 for dip powder nails or $20 for a regular manicure, I should still get some level of care and professionalism. I was really excited about this place but I don't know if I'll be back. I need a nail salon that can do both. read more

I LOVE this nail salon. They have the best prices and the BEST service. They always make you feel so welcome and give the best massages.. like long ones that feel amazing. I'm giving this place a low score due to the fact that I waited close to an hour with my feet soaking while FOUR other people walked in after me and were able to have their services underway before mine. We all had appointments. If you are going here , I suggest asking if there is a wait to have your services done. I understand that salons get busy, but the fact that there was no indication of additional wait while making my appointments , and when I arrived is not okay. I could have re arranged the errands I had to do to be able to work with the nail tech or made a later appointment , but I was left to wait and ended up with insanely pruney feet, wasted time, and still need to have my hands and feet done. read more

First time at this salon and I'm just absolutely in love! Customer service was awesome and I was greeted by everybody! I wish I didn't forget the name of the lady who did my nails! :( but she took her time taking off my acrylic nails, was really gentle when cutting my cuticles which is a big deal for me considering I always bleed when I get my cuticles cut, and when I told her I wanted to do a gel manicure she applied a lot of layers since my natural nails were pretty thin and weak from the acrylic. I will be coming back very soon to this place! I adore this nail salon! :) read more

Came here for a nail fix because my normal nail place was too busy and couldn't fit me in until the following day. I'm so glad it worked out that way! Shayna's were fantastic! I have been going to Shayna's for many years. We moved out of state and I would come when I was in town. We moved back in 2019 and I am still a customer. Lynda, Thu and all of the women are very welcoming. I recommend using their website reservation system since they get pretty busy. I have always been pleased with the services. read more

Found another gem in Tukee!!! Love, love, love this place! My friend and I went for pedis, and she gotta an eyebrow wax too. Customer service was awesome, gave us waters when we came in, super friendly and value for your money - can't compare! Awesome! I'm only giving 4 stars because it did take a long time... Thu (spelling may be off! Sorry) was super and sweet! But, she was the only one answering phones and had constant interruptions. Not complaining! However, they are popular and don't expect to get in and out quick. At least on a weekend. Overall - except for the time - awesome!!!! read more

Madison Avenue salon quickly, rectified the situation by pairing me up with Sasha and honestly, I thought I would have to dye my whole head black lol but I was so happy with what Sasha did to my hair. I have been going to Shayna's Nails & Spa for well over five years. In fact, I used to go to the same location when it was Lee Happy Nails. Shayna's Nails & Spa is owned by Thu Thu (pronounced Too) Nguyen and her husband Alan Nguyen and the experience is amazing EVERY time. Thu, Alan and their staff are focused on customer service and will do what is right when it comes to customer satisfaction. Thu is an amazing business woman and I admire her work ethic. I've read a couple of negative reviews that are very out of character and untrue - I hope that when people read all of the reviews, they side on the positive and give them a try. I've personally witnessed on two occasions where customers begin to complain and you can tell the entire scenario is a 'set up' to try and get free services. The atmosphere is comfortable, clean and inviting. They are professional and I have never felt that when they speak in their native language, that they are speaking about me or others. Thu is amazing at waxing, too! She is very careful to ensure that she gives the customer what they want and that they are comfortable. read more

I had a really disappointing experience at this nail salon. They made me wait 40 minutes. The technician seemed rushed and more focused on finishing quickly than doing quality work. I pointed out multiple issues during the appointment, but despite mentioning them several times, they were either ignored or poorly corrected. The final result felt sloppy and not up to standard, especially for the price. To make matters worse, I was charged more than what was listed on their website, which felt misleading and unfair. I've been here a few times, but after this experience, I won't be coming back. I wouldn't recommend this place. read more

I'M IN LOVE!! Tracy is the best - hands down! I usually always get long acrylic nails but due to my job, I have to get them short now. Tracy gave me a beautiful clear pink dip set & I couldn't be happier! They are absolutely stunning & so elegant . This salon is reasonably priced and always makes sure you are completely satisfied with what you get. They also take the time to get to know you personally and become like your best friend. Their staff is full and everyone is friendly and helpful. My go to is June. June is nail knowledgeable. I have learned a lot from her and her expertise and application are perfection. This is the best nail salon period. I've been coming here for quite some time but the owner out did herself yesterday when I was in for a manicure and pedicure. She is so sweet and takes her time making sure you get exactly what you asked for. No rushing and as a result, her work lasts much longer than other salons. I drive out of my way to have her do my nails and won't let any other shop do them. Definitely worth the wait. read more

Worst customer service ever. The women who work there are unbelievably rude and have no respect. I had an appointment at 4 o'clock to get my nails filled and didn't get waited on or talked to for almost an hour and 30 minutes, two girls came in after me and got helped right away because they just needed a 'repair'. Just moved to Tukee and was considering going here but after reading about how your tech's were talking about two young children and how they were ugly etc.. all the while not knowing they understood you...you should be ashamed. Not happy! My nails are yellowing after 2 days. Called to see if they could refund since I was from out of town. They took my name and number and never called back. I spent 180 on my mom and mine pedi/mani ..they should of tried to rectify the problem. read more

Nails done by Van, if you're looking for ombré highly suggest going to her, it was quick and it still looks so good. Love the atmosphere of the salon it is so friendly and easy to walk into and easy to tell them what you want. read more
