The pedicurist applied so much pressure that I jerked my foot away because it hurt. I was shocked. I'm not new to Russian manicures--I've been getting them consistently for over a year both here in the U.S. and even in Armenia--so I know the difference between precision and poor technique. For the second appointment, I ended up with the same manicurist--and this time, she was 30 minutes late.
