Very honest review ,…read more A lot of variety in beauty supplies like weaving needles, hair glue, eyelashes and etc. I bought edge control and when I got home to use it, it looked used (product only filled to half) and dehydrated (white foam). I thought maybe i picked up the sample but called the store and was told it was fine to come back and exchange. When I went to the pick up another edge control i made sure to check and guess what? MOST (6 jars) of the edge controls looked like that. I usually buy that brand and i know what new unopened edge control looks like. The person assisting me told me these edge controls must be dehydrated and to keep checking for a fresh one. I finally found one but what through me off was... He kept all the dehydrated and half filled edge controls on the shelf...Please check your products before purchasing!

Then there was another wig that she let me try on, and we still didn't like that one either. She mentioned that I can only try 2 wigs. Long story short, she went to help another customer and here comes this wonderful, upbeat, happy, remarkable, helpful, kind hearted, nice lady/employee by the name of Janella. She was very wise, keen, and knowledgeable. She let me try few other wigs and we both came to a common liking/decision. She was not pushy, nor was she forceful to sell me my 2 wigs that I purchased. I was hoping that the wigs would come with a brush, but apparently everything is sold separately. The store is a bit narrow, yet easy to navigate the aisles. They have many different kinds, styles, colors of wigs, weaves, cosmetics, hair accessories, eye lashes, skin care, extensions, hair dye, jewelry, gels, creams for your skin and a lot more stuff.. It was a fun and happy experience. Janella spent a good hour w/out any sign of feeling overwhelmed, or tired. Loved her from the moment she approached to help me. Made it up for the other employee. The wash and condition was very relaxing. The full highlights were a little lighter than I had planned, but I didn't do a good job of giving her an example of the tone and she did a ton of coverage.
