Very unfortunate and honestly offended. I've heard they profile people here all the time. Will definitely walk past this place from now on. Pretty lame way to treat people. Its not hard to have a conversation with your potential customers.

This shop has beautiful clothing, jewelry, kitchenware, scarves, hats, crossbody bags, candles, and much more. I was having a lot of indecision, and Nan directed me to some beautiful candles and suggested lighting one and having some tea and meditating with it. I wound up purchasing a beautiful scented candle and also a lovely dish with a bluebird painted on it. All told, my retail therapy didn't even cost me $40! Scentsabilities is a very reasonably priced shop. It was nice to chat with Nan for a little bit, as she's very kind. She also gave my pug a little treat, which made his day. The quality is unparalleled, but hands down I fell in love with the Vixen shop because of their sweet, lovely shop manager, Lisa. She is so warm and welcoming - has gone above and beyond to help me find the right size and encourage me to try new styles. She is absolutely the sweetest. I'd say I'm going to miss her, BUT I heard they will be opening a new store for their sister brand, La Femme En Noir, that Lisa will also run. Let me just say: she BETTER! To me, she is as iconic to the brand as Micheline herself! These gorgeous clothes will surely be missed, but I'm truly hopeful that the closing of the Vixen brand, will be an expansion of LFEN. It has absolutely been a beautiful experience while it's lasted, and thanks to the incredible workmanship of the Vixen brand, I am confident I will continue to enjoy my amazing frocks for years and years to come. The staff are great and are more than willing to assist you in your search for the perfect pair of shoes. The prices are good and very competitive. They usually have some sort of deal going on if you buy two pairs... mix and match, or get yourself a couple of pairs of your favorite shoes in multiple colors. They have a wide variety of shoes, including sneakers, running shoes, and even Dr Martens. Tip: Be careful when ordering online. I have large feet. Most of the time, they don't carry my size in the store, requiring me to order them online to be shipped. My last order was a little frustrating. I was considering deducting a star due to this experience, but... I am reviewing this location, not their shipping department or their customer service in another state. I had entered a promo code online for 20% ($40) off the total price if you spend "X" amount of dollars. Which, I added additional items to my cart to reach this amount. For some reason, the discount did not apply. I noticed and contacted customer service immediately. I asked if they could honor the discount and gave them the code but was told, with no hesitation or understanding whatsoever that they would not do that.
