I was there like 4 days ago and was browsing all the aisles.I noticed how well, neat, organized the store is now; then it was before. A lot of employees on the floor asking questions if we needed any help. Everything was almost 75% off of the original price! Whether it was clothes/shoes, accessories, perfumes, lotions, soaps and/or other household/fashionable items. Brand names and fashionable trends. I really liked this store a lot. Mini version of the actual Nordstrom's that's in the mall.There were at least 3 cashiers working and all very friendly & helpful with the customers. The line was moving pretty fast & I liked that!! It was easy to navigate almost all the aisles. Top notch customer service, store was very clean, plenty of parking shared with a lot of other businesses and take a good look at my purse and the small bottled perfumes that I got under $180.00.(not including tax). The quality is unparalleled, but hands down I fell in love with the Vixen shop because of their sweet, lovely shop manager, Lisa. She is so warm and welcoming - has gone above and beyond to help me find the right size and encourage me to try new styles. She is absolutely the sweetest. I'd say I'm going to miss her, BUT I heard they will be opening a new store for their sister brand, La Femme En Noir, that Lisa will also run. Let me just say: she BETTER! To me, she is as iconic to the brand as Micheline herself! These gorgeous clothes will surely be missed, but I'm truly hopeful that the closing of the Vixen brand, will be an expansion of LFEN. It has absolutely been a beautiful experience while it's lasted, and thanks to the incredible workmanship of the Vixen brand, I am confident I will continue to enjoy my amazing frocks for years and years to come. You can literally walk into the store and immediately feel the judgment. It is uncomfortable, unnecessary, and honestly embarrassing to witness from a customer's perspective. The manager in particular does not create the kind of atmosphere you would expect from someone running a store. The constant gossip and obvious judging make the entire place feel immature and unprofessional. If you are going to talk about people while you are working, at least have enough professionalism to remember that customers have ears. I also find it ironic that a store selling trendy clothes has such an outdated, mean-girl-type atmosphere. Nobody should feel like they are being silently rated, watched, or discussed just for walking into a clothing store. There are plenty of other places to shop where you can actually browse without feeling like you accidentally walked into a group chat. Cute clothes, terrible energy.
