My first encounter with She Luvs Lashes was when I ordered lash extensions supplies back in September or October of 2021. I initially ordered online and had to go on a wild goose chase for my package since the post office was unable to deliver it to my house for whatever reason and they didn't have my package at the actual post office. After unsuccessful attempts at getting my package, I decided to head over there and I met Chris. She miraculously happened to have my package right there since she just retrieved the mail a few minutes prior to me coming! I've also come here a few times for lash extensions and both Chris and Zaida are wonderful. They do amazing work and I got the best lash naps each time! Sharing an updated review as it's been a while but I've been seeing Zaida consistently for my lash extensions for almost 3 years now and I'm still so happy with every fill I get. If Zaida isn't available for some reason, I've also been done by Chris and both ladies are amazing at what they do. So many places take short cuts with lash extensions which can harm your natural lashes but these girls take no short cuts and take the time and use quality products to ensure your lashes look fly without compromising the health of the clients natural lashes, which is why I'm still able to get my lashes done for 3 years straight. Let me start out by saying I had a bit of trouble setting an appointment (I think my wifi was acting up) but I called in for a consultation and confirmation of an appointment and Chris was so sweet! She was very knowledgeable and patient even though I had some specific questions due to the fact that my previous set (first set ever) was not so good & I was a bit traumatized lol. She walked me through what we could do and because she was so informative and nice, I decided to try this place out and as expected, I was highly satisfied. :-))))) I absolutely loved the lashes that I got done by Zaida! I waited a couple days to post this review and honestly since then, I think like one or two lashes fell out. I am sooooo happy with the quality of work that I got. I told Zaida that my previous set was not how I wanted it to be. She took time to actually figure out what look I wanted and executed it PERFECTLY! It's been one week since I got my lashes and I have to say, I am still loving them! I got the 'Classic Set' as it has been a while since I've had eyelash extensions and during the week I don't wear much make up. I am glad I got the Classic Set to begin with because they were perfect! The session last about 2 hours but Chris takes her time and puts on each individual eyelash onto your natural lash. I chose the "L" curve lash as this helps open up the eyes and doesn't droop (which i've had issues in the past with). This is the first time I've gone to a proper place (not a nail salon) for my eyelash extensions and I have to say that it makes such a difference! The lashes are comfortable, not itchy, don't cover my eyes, they feel light as a feather. I brush them everyday and wash them with the foaming wash I bought from Chris every couple of days or when I wear make up. I've had really bad experiences with eyelash extensions in the past where they've been super uncomfortable and itchy. These are not like that at all. Sure they are more expensive, but it is definitely quality and makes such a difference. If your unsure whether to take the plunge, DO IT! It is worth the time, money and investment! read more

1wk after my full-set most lashes fell off. Lashes were going sideways. This is not the first time I get lashes. I've been having lash extensions for a while now and know how to care for them. I really wanted to like this place. However, during my appointment I felt uncomfortable listening to the music they were playing. It used profanity and sexual content. Just to imagine how triggering their music can be for some folks really bothered me. The owner was working on a clients eyelashes and decided to get on her phone and call fedex to complain about her package not being delivered. She literally began to argue on the phone with fedex while her client laid in front of her. When I am getting my eyelashes done, I like to lay down and relax. This review is long overdue. I got a mega volume set here done by Chris in August. I hadn't gotten eyelash extensions in so long so I was unsure of the process and what style suits my eye shape. Chris was kind enough to talk me through it and help me choose a length and style. My biggest concern was that I was going overseas for 2 months where the weather was very hot and humid, I would be working out often, and swimming. When I tell you, my lashes lasted majority of my trip! I was so impressed! I didn't have to worry about spending so much time on makeup, and when I did have time, it came out soo good. I went to get my lashes done yesterday. The lady was really nice and the salon was very clean. I really don't like the final result though. I'm so sad! Waited about 2 days to be able to leave the most honest review possible. My appointment was on tuesday around 1 and since then I have had ONLY ONE EXTENSTION FALL OFF JUST ONE!!!! Been getting lash extensions off and on for over 5 years. I like to give my eyes a break. I came here for a foreign fill, which is appreciated, because a lot of salons won't do that. First appointment was awkward. She said hello without looking at me and didn't speak at all unless to tell me to turn my head. She was quick which was nice but pinched my eye & did it again the next 2 times I went back for a fill. The 3rd time was the almost the straw that broke the camel's back. I felt like my lashes were being pulled the whole time. It was torture. Removing them is what finally did it for me. The first time I got a fill my eyes were itchy and felt like they were being poked. Now I know why. Fan are incredibly thick and hard at the base. No bueno. That alone is why I won't go back. I made an appointment and showed up a few minutes early. I don't know if I caught Chris on a day where she maybe got some bad news, had a bad lunch, whatever wasn't going right, she treated me like I had absolutely no idea what I was talking about and talk to me like I was a petulant four year old. I explained I've been getting the same lashes for about 15 years and typically like very short, natural looking lashes. I do like them full but in terms of length, very short. She immediately pointed out that I did not put it that in the comments, which I thought was bizarre because I absolutely did minutes before she canceled my initial appointment telling me I put it in as the wrong type of fill despite not knowing anything about my eyelashes or preferences. She asked how I heard about her and started to get an immediate attitude when I just told her I did an online search and she asked, google? And I said I don't know, just online. I couldn't tell her 100% definitively I used Google and that seemed to irritate her. She was further irritated by the fact that she herself did not have the length that I explained I normally get and asked if I was okay with getting longer lashes. I told her I was okay with trying it but she seemed to want to guarantee that I was going to like the longer version despite knowing historically they've not had a natural look. She didn't have the product, wasn't prepared, and had an attitude like she just found out her boyfriend cheated on her and took it out on me. So within about 5 minutes, and I'm paraphrasing, she said, 'you know what, I'm just going to cancel your appointment and not charge you for today. You've been a conflict since the minute you walked in the door'. I absolutely had to laugh! There's no possible way I would be able to sit for the super long time frames she's quoted online while she gave me lashes I didn't want and blamed me for not having the shorter version that I told her in the booking I normally get. She has the customer service capabilities of a cactus and I frankly wouldn't trust her with a set of glue-on lashes. read more

I wasn't going to complain but I'm in so much pain. I have been getting lashes done for years and know how its supposed to feel. I had booked a full appointment with foreign lashes. I knew I was running a few mins late so I called on my way and gave them an update. I was helping a friend drop their car off at the shop and then they were dropping me off at my appointment. They said it was fine as long as I wasn't more than 15mins late. Totally understandable but as I got to the front door and she canceled my appointment while she was looking at me trying to get into the building. They have a security system so you can't go inside unless they buzz you in. She came and told me she canceled my appointment and that their system had no record of me so she wasn't going to perform the service at all. I tried to argue because I had been there before and in fact wrote them a good review. I have no idea why only my name was in their system and not my past appointments. A glitch on their end. I was upset about being late in general because it's not how I operate and I just had a baby so my hormones have been making me cry about everything. I told her that I wasn't upset with her and to disregard my tears because I didn't want her to feel bad because it's wasn't about her, it's just my hormones to which she replied "we all have stuff going on." I then asked how much will they charge me to not perform the service? 75% they charge 75%!! I was super upset because she said if I had been there before she would have taken me so because their system didn't record my past appointments I was going to be charged a lot of money!! I went outside to call my friend to turn around and come pick me back up. I was out there for a couple mins waiting for my ride and she came back out and said she would do the service. I don't understand what changed but I was grateful. I told her I would tip her extra well as a thank you. I gave her a $40 tip. When I laid down she said we didn't have time to do a consultation so was just going to do whatever lashes on me. I was ok with that because I already had on foreign lashes so it should be easy to follow that as a guide. When she finished with my lashes one was sticking straight up. She tried to brush it down a couple times and when it wouldn't go down she just left it. After a couple days I noticed that my new lashes were still very tight to my skin. Like tighter than I've ever had them before. When I lifted the lashes I could see excess glue that was scratching my skin. My inner corners hurt so much even when I blink. I then discovered most of my left eye was double lashes so my natural lashes were pulling against each other. I lost most of my natural lashes on my left eye. I honestly cant believe someone would do that to a customer on purpose but this is the owner of the business. This isn't a new lash tech who just made a mistake because they are still learning. I don't see how this could have been an accident. I am extremely hurt and feel like I could never trust this business again. read more

I love the music even tho i fall asleep most of the time the music is current but also mellow so that you can be relaxed since your eyes are closed lol. I got to Kaelyn && I get the classic lashes I LOVE how NATURAL they look on me most people don't even know they're extensions!!
