Came from out of town for a business convention, arrived at the hotel far earlier than I expected and didn't feel like paying $25 bucks for a hotel breakfast. My room wasn't ready so i Decided to venture out and try something else. Found a diner in a strip across from where I got gas, stopped in there. Got a bite, and went for a walk down the strip. Saw my reflection in the window while walking and upon realization that I looked a bit ruffled, happened upon -what turns out to be- more than a barbershop. Welcomed me like one of their regulars, although I've never been..and will be long while before I come back. Had a great conversation with the barber, learned about what other very talented artist exist in the shop and left ready for my day of trainings and presentations. Great little spot. I experienced more value with that haircut, conversation and hospitality than that $25.00 hotel breakfast could provide. Thanks for the memory. read more

The cuts are decent but depends on the barber. Not sure if they're being racist but I'm pretty sure they put me on the WORST barber there even though there were plenty of other and better barbers available. My cut took two and a half hours for a barely average haircut. There was another Asian customer in line for my barber specifically when the other barbers were available. Barbers got done and went to the back to hang out. 36 min later, no idea how much longer i had to wait and i just walked out. Not one of the free barbers even checked the sign in sheet. Updating my review: it depends on the barber if you're going to get a great hair cut. So upset with my hair.

My experience with this place was absolutely awful. First I arrived there and every seat was taken which is not a problem, however, as each seat became vacant nobody wanted to give me a haircut, I waited over 20 min with every seat vacant and 4 employees available to cut while most of them were in the back just hanging out. Finally, a person helped me, when he was cutting my hair it felt like he was mad at something because we was doing it so aggressively that my head began to ache and ache and ache. It gets worst, he leaves mid haircut to answer his phone every 5 minutes which is absolutely ridiculous. terrible service. Oh wait it gets worse, one of his buddies arrive with his car, and he LEAVES MID HAIRCUT to go check out the car. RIDICULOUS!!!!! My head completely aching and hurting, and finally when he is done, i have like 3 migraines and he overcharges me. the haircut with beard is $25 which is what i requested. He charged me 30. Never returning to this place again, felt like i got robbed and had my head beat up. read more

I'm working in the area and hadn't had a haircut in 3 months. Back home, I use the same barber once a month so I was a little nervous about just walking in to any barber shop. Shear Junkies was close by so I called ahead since barber shops just reopened. The owner answered and was awesome. He said to give his barber 10 minutes and they'd be ready for me. Danilo is the barber who cut my hair. He was excellent. I truly appreciated his attention to detail. He did a perfect job on my hair and beard and even clean up my eyebrows for me. It's a very nice and clean shop with some great guys working. I might have to come two hours for my haircuts in the future I highly recommend this place though. Great job fellas!! read more

Everyone is down to earth and like a family. Pricing is extremely affordable as well compared to what's around.
