This type of pizza reminds me a lot of the Detroit Style pizzas. The pizzas look really small when presented but they fill you right up. They are perfect for one person. Mine was loaded with toppings and the crispy cheesy crust was excellent. The same nice male employee I spoke to earlier came by to check on me and how I was liking my food and then he told me about the original owner Kenny who got the idea for this place from Hawaii (hence the tropical theme throughout). Kenny had a location in Bellingham when he sold it and the new owners have been busy expanding their footprint South.
