My shed was built on a slope, and when it was completed, I expressed concern with the piers that were placed on one end. Angela arranged for a supervisor to come out and, even though the piers were installed exactly as they said they would in the contract (I don't always read the small print), he had someone come out and revise them to appease me. Please accept my deepest apologies for the poor review that I left before. He is very hard-working and he is a very honest man. It has been awhile since I have heard from Alex. A huge storm came in and tore down the Patio covering. When this happened, I called Alex to see what he could do to repair it. He responded once saying that he was gonna talk to his engineer, but I never heard back again from him. He has not responded. If you are going to get a Patio covering, it needs to last not just for six months or a year. The Patio recovery should last for years.

I had a 12' x 16' studio built with a lean-to roof and skylights, which make the space feel much larger, and allow me to work without relying on artificial light. The structure transformed an overgrown, unused part of the backyard into something that now feels like an extension of the home, and seamlessly integrates with the garden. The permitting process with the city took some time, but the end result was absolutely worth it. The first day I worked in it, I finally had windows to look out of, and the skylights filled the space with natural daylight. Initially I called the Concord location and spoke with Travis. When we came into the location he was busy so another lady helped us. She was very nice and Travis took over from her the next day. When we ordered the shed we specified wanting three small windows on the right side of the shed. We had to switch to a smaller shed and needed the door placed differently than originally planned. My husband did a sketch to be clear on the orientation of the shed and door so he didn't add the windows to his sketch. Travis redid the order without the windows which we didn't notice until installation day. We went ahead with the install and I called customer service. They had Travis call me back and he said he went with the drawing from my husband and omitted the windows from the final order which we didn't notice and at that point it would be on us to have to pay to correct it which would have been costly. He suggested as a possible fix buying one of their new solar lights to install inside the shed to give us more lighting. He said he would call back in a week to give details on the light since they were just coming in and he didnt know exactly when it would be available but is should be soon. Long story short after about 3 weeks of back and forth with Travis, Nathan and the warehouse manager we were told that they only had a limited supply of those lights and we couldn't buy one because they were only offering them to their new customers. I guess after a month and they have your money we are no longer new customers worthy of having an issue fixed. Definitely won't be purchasing anything else from then or recommending them to anyone else

The place is huge and they carry a lot of trees. The trees are already grown and can range from 5 years and above. They have a lot of selection. The price is a bit steep for us but all of their trees look healthy. The trees can be purchased and they will plant them for you. We don't see small gallon plants and the smallest plant is about 5 gallons If you are looking for big trees, this place is the right one for you.
