First and foremost the coffee was incredible and loaded with flavor. I felt as if I was drinking a piece of banana nut bread! Warm deliciousness that was made quickly and served perfectly. He told her to get off the phone aggressively. She then asked for a refund. This is a small business and I've never seen the bakery full of customers, so there should be a concerted effort to provide good service.
