Turns out the former owner had used silicone in an elbow joint that wasn't sloped properly, so when it didn't drain at the rate it should, it would drip. The silicone had worn down, so John and the team applied gutter grade sealant with no complaints and no extra charge. The gutters are working great. I definitely trust this team with my business.

I should have listen to my head when the red flags started to go up. First, they demanded a 30% down payment, second, they said it would take two weeks to get to me. Nonetheless, I ignored my inner instincts and approved Job Number 3636 with the stipulation they try to see me as soon as possible since the North gutter is completely blocked and when it rains I get a 3' long waterfall running down the side of the building. 11/6/25 - They sent me a receipts showing they took out $114.75 from my credit card. (Exhibit 1) 11/6/25 - Received an email stating they had placed me on the schedule for 'Monday, November 10, 2025 arriving between 9:30 am and 10:30 am'. (Exhibit 2) 11/10/25 - Come Noon and no one showed up. I called their office and was first told they were delayed but would get to see me today. 3:00 pm, called the office again, this time they said the crew was having trouble finding my location but would get to me as soon as they figure out how to get to my house. This was utter nonsense. My address has 3 city locations that you can type in Google Map and find where I live. You can use Easton, Raubsville and Williams Township ... all will show up in google Map. They never showed up. Note I was the one calling them, they never called me to say they were not coming or delayed. 11/11/25 - Sent then screen shots of Google Map and my address, and a photo of my house. (Exhibit 3 and Exhibit 6) They sent an email saying I was schedule to get my gutters clean 'tomorrow'. 11/12/25 - Same thing, no one called and no one showed up. Now it is two days I've lost in earnings and time waiting for this company to come clean my gutters. 11/13/25 - In the morning received an email from Gutter Twins saying they were canceling the order (Exhibit 4). No explanation or reason for why they did not show up twice. Well I've had enough. Called Gutter Twin but no one picked up. Left a somewhat stern voice mail and demanded a refund of my deposit followed by an email (Exhibit 5). Completely irresponsible, have no sense of customer service, and definitely unprofessional. The crew came out a week ahead of schedule (they were in the area and had could squeeze it in - yeah!), and, like an Indy 500 pit crew, each Gutter Guy worked fast but super efficiently, taking down the old attached loose gutters and replacing them with durable covered ones (I got the black - super sharp match for our black trimmed Federal), now seamlessly attached to the eaves. Once at the house, Mike said he could not perform the requested duct cleaning service. He then suggested getting approximately $4,000 of services which involved sealing off ducts. He was really pressing for me and my wife to accept this new proposal. When I pressed him with questions and more information, he seemingly tap danced around them. He then said we would get a call from his company within the hour from his company trying to convince me to pay for these proposed services at discounted price around $3300. He seemed more about upselling then performing the job he came out for as a technician. This was last Friday. No call of course. Wasted our time unfortunately. Red be careful, buyer beware!
