I was only in town for a short time, so she graciously worked me into a couple of sessions. I started with the vibroacoustic sensory lounge followed by the red light therapy and finally ended with the quantum crystal bed with biomat. For the first time in weeks, my mind, body and soul were totally relaxed. By the time I left, I was drunk on relaxation and it felt great! I slept like a baby for the next two nights! Top had that light crunch too, with powdered sugar and sliced almonds. Dipping it in the latte just worked. That slight bitterness with the sweetness of the croissant, really good combo. Still, we patiently waited around 15 minutes. We're not even upset about the wait -- it happens -- but when we got our order, the croissant wasn't even warm (which should be the minimum at any coffee shop). Even worse was the coffee: flavorless, barely warm, and closer to bland flavored water than anything resembling a proper brew. We came in with good expectations but left dissatisfied and disappointed. Definitely not the experience we were hoping for.

I feel like the mojo on the yuca was not made with naranja agria but the yuca was very well cooked and that's no small thing. The coffee was strong, hot, and sweet as it should be and the portions of everything are large. Service was friendly and the atmosphere is small cafe-like. There is street parking out front. If I lived closer I'd be returning often.
