Our daughter is vegan, and she helped navigate her meal by making sure her breakfast (Market hash) was fully vegan ( no meat, no eggs, no butter on the bread)...all with a smile on her face, and a no problem attitude. I had the Fritatta Rustica; hubby had the traditional breakfast. My fritatta was overcooked, and as such very dry, but everything else was very good.
