I was willing to show Bill my ID, of course, but told him my brother doesn't have an ID. Bill refused to sell me the wine because he felt we were acting suspicious. What 13 year old drinks Chardonnay? I went to customer service to speak to the store leader and Bill followed me there. He refused to let me see the store leader and embarrassed me in front of customers and cashiers. Bill was condescending and rude. Needless to say, I won't be shopping at Martin's again. Muffins here aren't bad though.

I have never had an issue with the quality of produce, meat, dairy, frozen foods... matter of fact, their meats are awesome. The employees are very friendly but as most of you do, they make mistakes too. My last order for pickup was missing items & 3 days later I realized it. Called them & they filled the order for the missing items free. Now is that good service for a human mistake, yes it is & I'll continue to support local.

First time there I just wanted to check it out, bought some of their oysters to eat raw, they were excellent. Very fresh. Seafood selection was terrific. A few days later hubby picked up a dozen large steamed crabs. They were wonderful. I was in Baltimore a couple months ago and Trouts prices were actually cheaper, as far as MD blue crabs. Quality was just as good. Can't wait to return. I did buy some cream of crab soup and crab cakes but have not eaten them yet. Please please please get some T-shirts to sell!!!
