I had been waiting over 13 year to get a breast augmentation and now, so devastated that I ended up with the results that I have. I went to Dr. Gray back in December. The initial consult was interesting as I asked him if I could show pictures of some "inspiration" of the look I was wanting. He explained that he doesn't take reference pictures from other surgeons work. I explained as best I could, what I was looking for ( Large D cup with fullness at the top of my breasts to give a more "fake" look). He ended up putting in 650cc making me a DD cup size which I panicked about initially but I did want a larger look. The day following my surgery I could tell that there was something wrong with my right breast. It felt lower and was completely bruised to the point that I thought something had ruptured. As my implants started to drop into place, they would not stop dropping. I wanted larger breasts and I loved the overall size of my implants but where they sat was another story. I felt like I had two saggy watermelons on my body. They were not perky after they settled, they hung low and almost look like they flipped in an upward shape and felt more towards my stomach rather my collar bones. I was devastated. I had specifically asked for a more perky and upper chest look and ended up looking like all my cleavage was under my breast. Another problem was that my right breast was in fact, lower than my left and it was obvious. Lastly my nipples were at the more top side of my breasts and the amount of under boob I had, looked like they were falling out of the bottom. I expressed all of these concerns to Dr. Gray and all he could do was gaslight me into thinking that they were normal. When I lifted my arms up my areola would peek out of the top of my shirts. His exact words were "it's nothing that you did that caused this", taking no accountability for his work. I left the office bawling my eyes out and the only reason why I went back a SECOND time was because of his office manager Cherise who actually listened to me and didn't brush me off or make me feel like I was crazy. I was offered by him to fix them for free aside from the surgery center fee and the anesthesiologist fee along with changing my implants to a more round and less "teardrop" look which is why he claimed they hung so bottom heavy. He said my surgery would take 1-1.5 hours and it ended up taking 4 hours. He exchanged my implants from 650cc to 740cc implants but did not close up my pocket so when these implants dropped, they were even saggier and fell out of the bottom more because how heavy they are. I have since then consulted with two other plastic surgeons who have BOTH stated that Dr. Gray released my natural breast pocket too much and I will need corrective surgery in order for my implants to sit higher and make my nipples sit in their correct position. I may have to go smaller on my implants which I do not want to but if it's necessary then I will have to be ok with it. The assumption is that he put the much larger implants in the second time, to balance out where my nipple sat (fill my over large pocket) but it ended up not working, leaving me with the same problem as before, just slightly less. I love wearing strapless tops, can I? Not unless I wear a super tight strapless bra AND boob tape, because my boobs get pushed in a downward direction from the pressure of the strapless top and gives me a double bubble look. Can I wear cute lingerie? No? Because my nipples show out of the top because of how much underboob I have and how high my nipples sit now. I can't find a top that covers my whole under boob AND nipple/areola unless it's a super stretchy top. I wish I had never gotten my breasts done at this point. Almost $16,000.00 (for both surgeries) and a total of 2.5 months off work, later and I end up with two breasts that have my nipple sitting high up on my breasts and only look in place when I have to use my bras underwire and place it under my implant and almost tuck my implants up higher onto my chest for them to look perky and have good cleavage. I went in with a small 34 very small A, wanting a large D (tried on 565cc implants) to these almost DDD 740cc implants. Again, I love big breasts, I just wish they sat where they were supposed to AKA the TOP of my chest.

It reminded me of what a great surgeon Dr. Gray is and how lucky I was to find him! Dr. Gray is a talented surgeon who always takes precautions and puts patient's safety first, however, his level of professionalism was highlighted when I heard about Chalene Johnson's horrible experience. I have had several procedures and surgeries with Dr. Gray, some of them when I was in my early 20's. He has never made me feel uncomfortable and is always the consummate professional, making safety a top priority. On top of all of this he is a very skilled and talented surgeon, making minimal scarring a top priority . His work is hands down the best in the business and consistent every time. My results always speak for themselves, as I have referred at least six friends that I can think of, all of which have had successful and pleasing outcomes. A heartfelt thank you Dr. Gray. From the start he was beyond friendly, welcoming, and most of all knowledgeable about the whole procedure I wanted. He knew everything from top to bottom, inside and out, and gave me his honest opinion. To me that is priceless. His bedside manner is stellar as he was easily reachable and responded in amazing time for any and all questions or concerns before and after the procedure. I put 1000000% of my total trust in him and wow, he delivered 10000000% over. My ears were something that always bothered me and I've always wanted to have them done. So I asked my orthodontist if he had a list of providers who can perform this surgery and that is where I found Dr. Rabinovich. Setting up an appointment was fairly easy. It has been over two years but first impression was Dr. Rabinovich could have explained his approach with greater detail. If I were a regular person I would have just left his office not knowing what he was going to do but it was going to require surgery. I've had other surgical procedures done and the surgeons always explain in great detail what it is they will do. But since I work in the OR I already knew what would happen the day of my surgery and what it was that needed to be done. I do remember his office being busy, they charged me for the CT scan that they didn't even do that day. I kept on reminding them that they charged me for it but never took the scan, ultimately, I think they did the scan on my 2nd or 3rd appointment. His office also tends to overbook him. I want to say 80 percent of the time I'm always waiting on Dr. Rabinovich for over 30 minutes. He goes in one room then pops into another and another. Not quite finishing what he started. I do remember at two of my appointments I waited over an hour for Dr. Rabinovich to see me, I believe he was on the phone both times. I'm usually not one to get upset but those two appointments I was ready to walk out. If I were to rate his office it would be a 2/5 and I'm being nice on that rating. His overall work on my jaw was fine. 4/5 I actually got to pick my anesthesiologist, Circulating nurse and scrub tech for my surgery. They told me that Dr. Rabinovich knows what he was doing and to be at ease at how the operation went. The only issue I have is that one of the screws he put in seems protruded, but it's not noticeable unless I press down on my nose. I do still have some numbness on my lower lip but I'm hopeful it will come back. I do wish he tells his future patients that this is a major surgery and will require you to at least take 3-4 months off of work. He had initially told me I could go back to work in about 3-4 weeks but I was persistent in asking for 12 weeks off. All my colleagues at work said I should have asked for longer since this is a major surgery. I do have to say that his assistant Adrienne is AMAZING! She is on top of everything. Even going after Dr. Rabinovich on some of my appointments. If she were to work in the OR she would be amazing! If you do go forth with Dr. Rabinovich please ask as many questions.

It was plastic surgery on my neck and face, which went so well and painless! After the procedure, I left office in less than 2 hours, and did not feel any pain. Recovery was incredibly speedy, and in few days I was able to go back to my work. Also, many times I have several non-surgical treatment on my face and neck, and all of them went also very well, practically without bruises. Doctor Alex never pushed to do botox filling too often, on contrary, when I was coming to the office to do such treatment (sometimes, too often), he, in most of the cases, recommended to postpone it and do it when time is right. Trusting him was the worst decision I've ever made, and I don't want anyone else to suffer the same fate. Initially, I believed in Dr. Pourtaheri's good intentions, but his lack of skill and competence shattered my hopes for a successful outcome. From the outset, he misled me about recovery times and expectations, setting the stage for a series of disastrous results. I shelled out over $20k for what was promised to be a transformative V-line jaw surgery, lip lift, and genioplasty. However, almost a year later, I'm left with nothing but regret and a laundry list of botched procedures: - Unsightly chin indents and asymmetry that defy the very purpose of the surgeries. - Muscle detachment in the jaw area, necessitating further surgery to rectify, exacerbated by ineffective attempts at correction with filler.
