When I noticed the hole/crack, I was going through yelp to find a contractor that can help replace the window. Target is quick in responding with what I need and was able to quote me over email. After the estimate which was very reasonable, they send a technician out to check out the window that needs to be replaced just to make sure there are no issues when it is being worked on and to gather the final specs. When Target Glass came out to replace the window, it took about 30-45mins. They also took covid steps and making sure masks are being worn. The feedback I would give is: 1. When the customer makes an appointment and you come out earlier than the time slot that was given. Please give the customer a call. The technician came out an hour earlier and luckily I did not have to be home for them to measure since the window is outside. The second time they came out, they were on time and gave us a call before arriving. 2. When the final measurements were done, I haven't heard back from the office staff to see what the next step would be or at least let me know that the window is being ordered and expected date would be XX-XX-XX. Overall I am pretty satisfied with Target Glass & Window. I will use them again.

His knowledge of the local jurisdictions allowed the architects to call out/add scope that typically becomes an adder at the end of the project, found by inspectors. The crew was on site every day that they said they would be, and always at the same time. Communication was always great, and they would give either myself or my wife daily walkthroughs of work completed that day and expected work to be completed the next work day. The job site was thoroughly cleaned everyday, their sub contractors were all very nice, clean and professional. The end result was amazing. We couldn't be happier!

Punctuality was evident as I stopped setting my 8AM alarm! (No need, Jaime was here at 7:55 AM every work day.) I cannot say we came in on budget, as there were changes made to the work, as siding was removed and damage revealed underneath. However, that said, Tony ALWAYS checked with us first before moving forward, and provided prosepective results, and options if possible. When termite damage was found, Tony called his favorite termite exterminator who turned up on the site and dispatched the insects within a few days. I contacted SkyBlue Builders, and Jimmy was quick to respond - he asked for some photos of the area and was able to give me a quote based on these that was very reasonable. I had some other contractors tell me it would be very expensive and require scaffolding, even though it was only a 50 sq ft section. Jimmy, however, was no nonsense and stated it would be one day job and they could do it with ladders. He came round to double check on the measurements and location of the work, and was able to schedule his team to come round a few days later. Sure enough, they quickly removed the old siding and installed new pressure-treated pine siding of the same style. I provided the paint to match the rest of the exterior, and they did a great job in caulking, finishing and painting everything. By the middle of the afternoon, they were finished and it looked great! It was a seamless experience, and I'd highly recommend Jimmy and his team if you need your siding repaired.
