However, the gentleman working today (Asian male, approx. 50s) handled a simple request with a very condescending attitude. Instead of a professional "no," he gave me a humiliating smile and mocked me, saying I was at the "wrong store" and this "isn't a Bank of America." It was a very disappointing "bully" moment from an older professional toward a younger customer. A simple "sorry, we can't do that" would have been perfectly fine, but the choice to be disrespectful was completely unnecessary. Whether this is an employee or the owner, it's a poor reflection on the Arco brand. I'll be stickng to the many other local stations that still prioritize basic courtesy.
