While I haven't partaken of their fuel, I've been to the car wash a couple of times and I find it extremely convenient - just one hop of the freeway, a quick trip through, and I'm back on the road in my shiny ride in no time. They also have vac's to use if you want to do your interior too. If you go here on a sunny day expect - as with most car washes around here - to have to wait awhile. Complete and total rip off. This is the first gas station we found off the freeway, and I grudgingly paid five dollars (well, $4.999) a gallon for gas. Turns out most of the local gas stations on the same day were charging about $4.30 to $4.50. Unfortunately this is not uncommon with Shell gas stations. I should have known better! read more

This gas station has TV screens showing obnoxious commercials on every pump, with no volume control or mute option. To me, that's like the owner of the gas station standing next to me while I'm putting gas in my car, yelling at me about Allstate insurance and driving Chevrolet trucks, giving me no option to make him go away or be quiet. The gas station is presumably getting some financial incentive to play these loud commercials but they're not passing that cost savings on to customers: Their gas is just as expensive as everywhere else. We returned from a 2-week road trip with the front of our car loaded with bugs - I mean completely covered. The two guys were amazing, making sure they got all the little corpses off - they scrubbed for over 5 minutes before sending us through. The pride they showed was wonderful. Thanks guys! read more

Received the worst car wash at this establishment. Went back to show the clerk (catherine) what kind of job they did, she was not interested in helping me. Even stated that the guys might have had a problem with me. In a sense, making the bad car wash my fault. She wouldn't even come out to see what a bad job they did. read more

My car was damaged today using this car wash! Scraped the rear door! I had my car wash and went and put gas in my car on College Way - and the door panel had been scraped! I brought my car back and showed it to them and guy said nobody else complained about damage and walked away! They should be shut down! This is at least a couple thousand in damage to my door! read more

Had my car washed at the kwik and kleen today and was hit by the car behind me.She stopped after her car was done and said she didn't see me , and had her car in neutral the whole time. Talked to the owner and manager of the station they blamed her. I thought they packed the cars in to tight,they would not take any responsibility for anything. The manager Domingo was a ass , I pointed out the damage to my car.Then he pointed out I needed a new license plate holder. Horrible service, horrible car wash. Skagit local, but I commute to Seattle for work. I'm exhausted by the weekend and thought it would be nice to find a local car wash, as that would take one thing off my weekly to do list. Informed the woman who came to my window that I was unfamiliar with their car wash and it's wash options. She recommended the platinum option ($13), which I ended up choosing. When it was my turn to proceed forward I was waved forward, then waved in a stopping motion, so I stopped. They began to spray my car down, and almost immediately all three individuals spraying my car started yelling at me. With my windows up, while they continued to spray my car and yell all together, I could only make out raised voices, no words. I finally rolled down my window and said, "I can't understand you when you're all yelling. What are you trying to say?" One individual walked up to my window and said, "Take your foot off the brake and put your car in nuetral" I responded that I had told the first attendant that I had never been to this car wash, and should have been told before entering the car wash how to proceed. He didn't respond, just walked away. Proceeded through the car wash, and was waved forward at the end, to have my car mirrors wiped down, and a quick swipe over the front and back. I did tip 4 dollars, as I believe any job that someone expends effort on deserves SOMETHING, but was dismayed when I got home and realized that there was a large oval on my hood of dust and the front end of my car was still liberally coated in bugs. Disappointed. Won't be going there again, and would advise others who don't want to waste their money to do the same. read more

Wasted 12.00 trying to get a car wash. Went through the wash, did not have any soap used on the car. Asked attendant about it and he said for 12.00 I would not see the soap. Drove home and looked at the car and it was not at all clean. Called and spoke to female, owner would not come to the phone. She stated that, they didn't know if I was telling the truth, I could have gotten it all muddy after the wash. Asked them to fix the problem and re-wash my car, they refused and suggested I file a complaint. Well here it is!!!
