I've seen folks on Google say it is, and perhaps it is for certain cars like sedans. I have a midsize suv that has never come out of there clean - the entire backside of it is missed every single time. My husband's pick up truck, same deal. The worst part is it takes several minutes for one car to get washed, so you're often waiting in line for half an hour if you're the third or fourth car. The photos I've attached don't even do justice to how dirty the cars still look once they come out of this wash. The only reason I ever return here is out of complete necessity - I try to go anywhere else when I can. The Google reviews indicating it's a good bang for your buck make no sense to me. At $15 per wash, your car should be coming out clean on all sides. $15 goes a lot further at brown bear or any other drive through car wash I've been to. I really have no idea why people line up here - I imagine it's only because there's nothing else comparable in the immediate area but I'm finally at the point where I'm done wasting my money here and would rather drive around with a dirty car until I pass by somewhere that will get the job done right.

I usually visit after hours so haven't had the displeasure of meeting the owner until today. My truck was exceptionally filthy so I decided to clean it up. I knocked all the extra stuff off and swept out the loose stuff but there was a lot of tree debris stuck in the bed. No problem, I have had this before and just sweep out the area when I'm done, there is a push broom leaning on the building and garbage cans available, only takes me an e tra five minutes. Not today. HALF WAY through my wash the old rude guy who identified himself as the owner came over harassing me about it. Since he was being a total asshat I finished my truck while he swept up, including spraying some more debris off my truck since it wasn't clean yet. After I finished he was making some comment about if my truck was this dirty I needed to take it somewhere else which I happily will! I stopped him, told him that I always sweep the area when I'm finished so his comments were out of line. His response? "But you didn't, did you?" I reminded him that I wasn't finished​ and he started babbling about "I was in the service too you know", to which I responded that doesn't justify being an asshole to paying customers and let him know I would be reviewing his business and would not return. Long story short, if you absolutely have to go here, nowhere else in the state available, make sure your vehicle isn't dirty when you come in, the owner doesnt want any dirt coming off your vehicle, even if you routinely clean upbafter youre finished!​

Our beagle child unfortunately gets carsick and decided to projectile vomit his breakfast over my entire seat. The Background: In absolute panic, I tried calling mobile detailers in the Seattle retailer, but there was no availability. I did a quick Yelp search through the Anacortes area and found Bubba Sudz. I gave the owner a call and she was the sweetest lady. She offered to take us in immediately and charge us for the single area the dog had puked in. The service: EXCELLENT. Isaac thoroughly deep cleaned the seat and the car mat. It no longer smells like kibble and dog puke. I couldn't be happier. They also provided us with towels for the ride home because we weren't able to wait for the disinfectant to dry. Hopefully we will never have to come back for the same reason, but if you're looking for excellent and friendly automobile detailing, come to Bubba Sudz.

They did have an attendant that pre-sprays the grill and back of the car (no scrubbing or brushing). The kids had fun through the wash, lots of fun lights and colors. One thing I did miss that my go-to small car wash does was a quick towel wipe down at the end. It really does make a difference with the water spots and drips. I do appreciate the specials they run, like today giving the opportunity to try this new car wash, and the creative events they host like the haunted car wash during Halloween.
