A few minutes later, he returned and said he hadn't noticed anything unusual -- in his opinion, everything was normal. I pointed out that there were fewer wash cycles than usual, that I paid $15 for the top-tier service, but in reality received not even the basic wash -- but a poor-quality version of it. I asked why I hadn't been warned that the wash might not be operating properly, since I wouldn't have chosen the highest-priced option otherwise. He responded that what I choose is up to me. Still confused by the situation, I once again explained exactly what had gone wrong. He asked how long I had been using this car wash. I said about two years. He replied that a lot has changed in two years -- the soap is different, the cycles are different.
