I know that it was for sale last year and I'm not sure if they have changed hands or not but if the fact that the big "Hungry Whale" sign is falling apart is any sign of the quality of the new ownership or lack of pride or disinterest in whom ever long term owners are then what is? The gas pump wouldn't work with a debit/credit card and once I entered the building itself I felt is was so sketchy looking that I decided to forgo buying gas here and drive down the street to the Shell station.

The automated car wash looks like it's seen better days and it's not working anymore and they don't want to put any money into it. The building needs to be cleaned on the outside the rust removed and repainted and inside. I don't think I've ever seen a more disgusting bathroom. It almost looks like it hadn't been cleaned in days and smelled terrible. For being the only gas station in town, you think they would take pride in their business and keep everything functioning and clean, but whoever owns this place I believe they're just in it for the money and they don't put any into the business.
