I've traveled a lot in remote positions to be there for family and I thought I could count on this company so I could get to where I needed to be. They over sold me on things I didn't need which the manager at the time in Denton agreed with and almost ruined my vehicle. They had to redo the oil change because of something like the air got in. Again I'm not a car person. That was all done and the manager said they would reimburse me the full amount because of the over selling and I couldn't make it to the wedding or funeral. I have since in the last month been driving to their location and calling sitting in hold waiting for them to make it right. The manager moved to another location and I've had promises of the new manager that he would call me back and it's been another week and still nothing. The employees won't give out numbers and when you try to get to corporate they don't respond. We will continue to drive there but please be advised this place is not good.

I was always under the impression once you switch an older vehicle to synthetic oil and run it through your engine you couldn't go back to conventional. When I pulled into the parking lot an employee came out to my car to make inquiries as to any needs I had. I found out they screen customers who may need additional support, such as if they are disabled. I was expecting he brought bad news, but that was not the first thing that I found to be the opposite of my expectation. The environment for the waiting customers was clean, cool, and comfortable. The front desk clerk was pleasant, personable, and even a cute sense of humor. The process was efficient and much much quicker than anything I've experienced in dealing with any vehicle service. The cost was only $18.50 and the test results were printed out clearly for the registration process. I am going to bring the rest of my vehicles here. A very pleasant and quick experience.

On November 17, 2025, I came in because my check engine light kept turning on and off. After being…read moretold that replacing the mass airflow sensor and the oxygen sensor would resolve the issue, I spent an entire day waiting--only to pay a substantial amount of money and get back on Loop 288 with every light on my dashboard lit up. When I returned, they removed the oxygen sensor they had just installed because, apparently, that was what caused my car to malfunction. In other words, they were guessing from the start. Despite that, they had no problem charging me for a part that clearly did not fix my issue. After wasting two full days at this shop with zero resolution, my check-engine light is still on, and now I'm being told the problem is the fuel pump. It is unacceptable that I was charged for unnecessary work while the actual problem remains unaddressed. To make matters worse, when I returned on the 18th to express my frustration, the manager behaved extremely unprofessionally, taking my keys and walking off without a word. I am almost sure he insulted me, based on the staff's reaction. This entire experience was unprofessional, careless, and dismissive. I strongly advise anyone considering this location to take their vehicle anywhere else. I should never have been charged for guesswork.
