I got the chopped brisket sandwich as I have heard it was THE thing to get here and it was pretty good. Good flavor and a good portion size for a good price. I also appreciate how there is a lot of fruit and meat/cheese snacks to grab in addition to the more classic jerky and nuts traditionally found at gas stations. Plus the gas is the cheat around! The fudge I tried was definitely hurt-your-teeth sweet, but fun to try nonetheless. The merchandise section is full of their branded merch, which is a fun gift for friends! The home goods is also pretty well stocked, and the regular gas station drink/candy/snack section is very well organized and has a TON of options. Also, what they say is true....the bathrooms are impressively clean! Best road trip pit stop we've had. It definitely gets a little loud and crowded, but I have been wanting to try Buc-ee's for awhile and this fully met my expectations!

Every single gas pump was taken; we had to park the car pretty far out in the lot. And inside was full of people. But wow! What an experience. I had seen videos of Buc-ee's but nothing can prepare you for being there in person. It is huge! And there is literally anything you could ever dream of. From houseware, to decor, to clothing, to camping supplies, to pool noodles, to grills, to animal toys, travel items, to literal cow hides! I was walking around just shocked. And then you get to the food area. Tons of flavors of beef jerky, candy, and popcorn. It goes on and on. It is definitely an experience. We left with a few items and no food since we had just eaten, but a time was had! Every employee we ran into was friendly and helpful. You could spend a ton of time in there and still miss something. So glad I got to finally experience a Buc-ee's!

I ended up getting eight, yes eight, different flavors of sour belt candy from a brand I hadn't seen anywhere else and they were PHENOMENAL. They also have a small little restaurant in there and a good selection of hot foods and trinkets for sale. Their drink selection is also massive, from fountain drinks and ICEEs, to the what seemed like endless amount of refrigerated drinks. I know where I'm going for diabetes anytime I'm in town.

So I used my remote app which allowed me to put in my payment and then I put in my pump number, #3 and it was cancelled and said "see Attendant". So I walked in and asks what was going on with the cancelled Shell Rewards multiple cancellations? The blonde female lady at the register bluntly told me " I didn't do it, its not my problem". She asked me what do I need? I told her a full tank of gas, which she replied you can do that here, do you want $10-$20? I told her that I would prefer a full tank as I am going out of town in the morning. She shrugged and said she can only give me the amount I pay. I have had enough with the old snacks, barely stocked shelves at times and over pricing on everything! They even talk to their vendors extremely nasty. No diversity in staff, which is more then likely the reason why they treat customers like trash. I am a restruant blogger and I only recommend services and places that OFFER respect to their customers. They don't even recognize the faces of DAILY customers...Shameful. There is a new and larger gas station 5 minutes down the street. Prior to Williams Way exit their is an Exxon/BK and BUC-EEs with exceptional customer service, hot fresh food, & better food and drink choices. Fuel, Food, and Merchandise prices are MUCH LOWER at these 2 locations as well. So if you want to save money on fuel per gallon, bigger/better snack and drink selections with STELLAR customer service..its a no brainer SKIP THIS PLACE. The other gas stations are all less then 4 min drive from this gas station. Tip! Maybe you shouldn't look at your customer as walking dollar bills. They can also be the ones who cause you to close your doors. You want our money then earn it.
