This place employs the rudest people ever. They treat customers like they're doing us the favor of giving them business. The way this one older yellow haired Hispanic or ethnic woman spoke to me was appalling. First of all, if she's there to work, she needs to get off the phone and actually work. A customer should never have to wait for an employee to get off the phone to help a customer. Secondly, why become irate and totally disturbed and talking rude just because a customer is in front of them? Thirdly, the pumps were not operating correctly. One pump forced me to go to another pump, and even that pump was not working. That's when I walked in to get help, but it looks like this employee is the one that's out of order. This is not quality customer service at all, and it is so unfair that this person is even employed while there are numerous others who would gladly take this job away from her. I walked away upset, but maybe the next person she tries to treat horribly won't just walk away. She's a mean person who should not be in the eye of customers. I hope corporate or whomever hired this woman reads this review and does something to correct how the business is being operated. This is not the only gas station around these parts. There are plenty of other gas stations along the way and a lot cheaper. read more

Hmm let's see... we've got gas here, squeegees, paper towels. Ok so this you know... what I do like is the convince of the corner location. Easy in and easy out. Also like the working air service and working gauge! Also included for your gassing experience is a drive thru car wash. Sometimes there are attendants at the end to help dry off the car. Went through this car wash on sunday May 27,2018 about 7pm. While my car was being washed i heard a snapping sound. While pulling out of the wash i noticed my back windshield wiper was gone. Sure enough it was laying on the ground inside the wash. I informed the attendant who gave me the phone number and told me to call the manager (Steve) the next day. I've called multiple times this week. Steve has not been around but he has told the people that answer the phone to tell me that he is not liable. My experiences at gas stations are typically non-eventful, and standard across the board. Much of this is due to the fact that I rarely even have to interact with a live person to complete my transaction. My last experience at this location, however, was exceptional, and definitely worth noting... To management, whoever was working the register (I didn't catch his name, unfortunately) on Sunday, 09/14/14, around 7:30am, was hands down the nicest gentlemen I have ever come across at a gas station. After filling up on gas, I walked in to ask him to turn the air on for me so I could even out my tires. The guy in front of me was a complete jerk to your cashier for absolutely no reason. Your cashier that morning handled the situation wonderfully. He remained calm and professional, and smiled the entire time. Whether it was intentional or not, he basically killed the guy with kindness, and continued to smile and provide friendly service until the customer left. I was in a rush myself, so my own interaction with the cashier was quick and to the point. After asking him to turn the air on for me, I walked out and attempted to fill up my tires. Two minutes later, the cashier walks out to see if I needed any help. I did, actually, as the on button was not working. He informed me that I needed to hold it down for a few seconds for it to kick on, which worked like a charm. The fact that he came out to check on the situation, without my having to walk back in to ask him again, was very much appreciated. There was a customer or two behind me in line initially, which is probably why he didn't think to notify me right away about the button issue. But once his line cleared up, he certainly went out of his way to address any possible issues. From dealing with an unpleasant customer, to going above and beyond to help out another, your employee that morning exemplified customer service. The 5 star rating is solely based on this gentleman's service, because for me, a gas station is a gas station. The prices are what they are, and it is my decision whether or not to go to a particular one. Basically, it is safe to consider all gas stations 3 stars in my book, unless noted otherwise. I simply wanted to recognize this particular cashier for a job well done, and let people know that if they ever need air in their tires on a Sunday morning, this is the place to go. I get gas here occasionally for a few extra cents than the Mobil station down the street (supposedly Shell's gas is better? I don't understand the differences). I like their car wash they've got here though. Paid $8.99 for the Super version ($1 off for filling up the tank) and was pretty satisfied considering it's attached to a gas station. The pump gives you a code, you put it in, pull forward (but not too far because then it will just make noises at you), and voila! Water and foam spray everywhere! They've got an attendant here sometimes (a sign out front will tell you) who hoses your car down and dries it off after. As a gas station car wash, you don't go in expecting the best. But it did a decent job on my dirty car! read more

They have one of the best pump set ups I have been through. They have plenty of pumps and space in between so that a car can pass through when you're pumping gas with cars on both sides. Unlike the other station up seco canyon that's hard to maneuver when you drive in. The inside store seems organized and clean. Haven't used the restroom, so I can't grade them on that. Lighting at night is very good too. The only bad thing is their prices. They're about 2 to 10 cents higher than the place on seco, and about 25 cents higher than in the San Fernando valley. That being said, I can only give them 4 stars. They also have a car wash, which I haven't used... I'd rather wash my own car. You can enter the station through bouquet or seco or through the parking lot from rite aid. read more

This station with no doubt charges the highest prices in Santa Clarita. They are currently charging 3.99 a gallon, when I can go down the street and get gas for $3.43 a gallon. Usually I don't go here bc of the location. Obviously I needed gas. While we were there we decided to go through the attached drive thru car wash. Little did we know what was going to happen. Apparently the plastic mop side cleaners were missing. Next thing we know, the employee came out with the hose and started spraying the car ALONG with the automatic sprayers. Then he proceeded to soap-wet towel along with the machine. And THEN started to spray down my car (as we sat there dumbfounded inside their so-called drive thru car wash). He washed the soap off the car and instructed us to come through the blower... This had to be a joke right? When we asked the human drive-thru-car-wash and he said an employee usually try to come out and help whenever they can. My quick car wash became a different experience. For gas it's fine, but DO NOT use the car wash!!! I've used the car wash in the past and it did an okay job. What you would expect from a gas station drive through car wash. Today 08/29/17 - I got the Super Wash for $8.99 and the car looked worse then before the wash. There were spots & streaks all over the car. The rinse did not get all of the soap and foam wax off, so there was tons still all over the car. After I drove home (10 min), there still was tons of pink foam all over the car. The car had spots all over it. I had to spend 1/2 hour re-cleaning it. NEVER AGAIN!! read more

This is the worst shell... half the time the cc machines are broken and it's the only gas station that I have to physically hold the pump for it to pump gas. Occasionally I get lucky and the pump clip works and it will pump gas unattended... but 9 out of ten times I have to stand there. I don't know how they would fix it... but I don't have to do that at other stations so it can be done. If it isn't an emergency... don't use this one. read more

Do NOT get your car washed here. Especially not if there is an attendant on duty. He was nice/helped me plug in the numbers to start the machine but doesn't outweigh what happened next... I stopped for a quick rinse, I wasn't expecting my car to be dried or I would have went to an actual carwash. None the less, I was told an attendant was on duty and would dry it. OK, that's fine. BUT what is not fine is that I have a 5 month old BLACK sedan & they use towels that are not clean. I realized as I was sitting in my car that their neon microfiber towels were laying out on a WALL nearby. Not to mention is wall is rough in texture. There was no mat laying between the wall and the microfiber towels. He quickly dried my car in a haste (which I understand since there was a line and I was not expecting him to dry my car anyways). I drove off to the dealership; I had stopped for a quick wash because I had been in a dusty area and did not want to take it to the dealer like this for my servicing. The moment I stepped out of my car with the service attendant at the dealership, I realized that the entire driver side of my car by the back passanger window was completely covered in small scratches. They are not light scratches that can be buffed out, but they were deep due to the rocks that were picked up on the dirty towel from the wall! All down the side of my car and on to trunk as well.... I am having to get my car touched up before it even hits 4,000 miles... I didn't even both going back as I know they would just deny these allegations and it is not worth the headache. Just went to this shell for my first time since we do not live in this area. The place caught my eye because of the zigzag design on top looked interesting. I then went inside and a man named steve helped me with no problem. I asked to get a car wash and he told me that I am the first customer to use the new car wash. I used to go here but today I tried to get a car wash but the machine took my money. This Shell company would not help me at all. The woman working behind the counter 7/10/14 at 7 pm told me there was nothing she could do. She refused to help me in any way. I called Shell Corporate but of course they said they did not own this Shell station. So SHELL can steal your money and laugh in your face and there is nothing you can do. Went in for a quick drive thru wash...when i pulled uo someone was there to help me break my 10 dollar bill and get me change. I pulled in and an actual person was making sure my car was lathered with soap and when the wash was over he dried my car. It wasnt anything i was expecting, it was better. Really nice staff! A youngish Hispanic female cashier at this station has repeatedly taken cash, e.g., a $20 bill, puts it in the cash register, and then provides change for only a $10 bill. Since the correct bill is already "gone", she argues with the customer about how much change is due. When the customer asks about seeing the manager, the cashier then grudgingly provides the correct change. This is a common cashier theft, with the extra cash going into her pocket. read more

I was driving back to LA at 2:30 AM from a friend's farewell party when the low tire pressure signal went off... I was scared to keep driving through dark canyons and isolated freeways for an hour or so, much more with a possible flat tire by myself... then I saw this brightly lit gas station and was so relieved to see a lady cashier. She cheerfully greeted me then concernedly asked me if I was ok.. I explained my problem and she said they had air compressor machine. I said I didn't know how to use it and asked for help or to let me stay to call Toyota roadside assistance. She then went out and put air in all 4 tires which had a pressure of 20 instead of 32.. I asked how much do I pay and she would not hear about it saying she already put in coins for me.. she tried looking for the reset button for the sign was still on then she pulled out her phone and googled where it should be in my car and read to me, which I barely understood for I was quite overwhelmed with relief and gratitude for her unexpected kindness...
