This location just opened. It's super convenient since it's right down the street from me and directly off the 14 freeway. The pump locations are wide and the overhang is super tall. The cranky dude working cash register was so unbelievably rude to me today. I was coming here almost daily but never ever again. I spilled a fountain drink, apologized profusely, and felt bad about it for only a minute because of the way I was treated -- as if I did it on purpose -- and he charged me for it! Because he said "well, I didn't do it"!! I could've handled being charged for it if he wasn't such a jerk. A little kindness or courtesy is all that that man needed to show. I will take my regular business elsewhere. read more

DO NOT GIVE THIS GAS STATION your business, I do not know if the cashier is the owner or manager, but he is just plain nasty and over charger. He charges $1.50 for 5 minutes of AIR! All I needed was to inflate a floater. Who charges for air and specially $1.50? I live around the corner and I rather drive a little bit further down to Costco or USA GAS to get gas or air. I don't buy gas here. It is right across from the Townhome I live at, but I go there on occasion to grab a drink or bottle of water. The gas cost is much higher than others that you can drive to within a mile or so and because it is a name brand they keep it higher. I don't know why Shell charges so much for there gas. read more

Warning: Do Not use a Visa Gift card to get gas with their machine outside. I had a $100 on my card and they held not just the typical for a Shell station, $75, they held the whole $100 for three days! And on top of that I got NO gas! It was a bummer. So I called the customer service 800 number on the outside gas station to only a voice mail, left a message, then they called the next day to say, it should be off in three days. It was, but I was relying on that card for gas that week to get to work, so it was really a hardship for me. I have never visited this Shell station based solely on the fact that they have one of the if not the highest price for gas in the Santa Clarita Valley. my wife's car had been at the mechanic across the street for several weeks (he had kept it on the back burner to keep down costs as there was a lot of work involved) and was covered with dirt. the windshield was so dirty it was not safe (and likely not legal) to drive in that condition. so we headed straight-away to this shell station to take care of cleaning the windshield, rear window and the side windows- in order to make this vehicle safe to drive home in- figuring this to be the best and safest option. we pulled both our cars up to the pumps and i immediately began cleaning the windshield while my wife got the back window. the station operator came out of the store carrying a case of beer and asked us if we were going to purchase gas. my wife tried explaining to him the situation, but he interupted and told her that the squeegees were for customers only. he told us that we were 'taking up his pump space' and thus preventing other potential paying customers from pulling in. note that this is a small station with only 6 pumps. i pointed out to him that there were 2 pumps open, and while doing so, another car drove off, making fully half of his pumps available. i told him that i had been planning to put some fuel in my car after getting her glass clean, but that i would no longer do so due to his treatment of us. my wife asked for his name at which point he told us we needed to leave immediately and then he THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE. we left immediately and will never be returning. as my wife was exiting in her car, the employee told her "fuck you!" i called the shell 800 number and reported this fellow. it is the LAW that a station provide free air, water and windshield cleaning. read more

If I could put a zero for service I would please boycott this place, it's now 4:48 pm 9/25/15 at 4:40 pm I was there to buy a lottery ticket as I have many times in the past, but for what ever reason the man behind the counter said cash only, I said I have a debt card, he says I don't care cash only, I then explain to this man a debt card is just like cash, with a PIN number! He says cash only, you can't buy lottery tickets unless you have cash, I explained again I can go to 7/11 and buy this ticket with my debt card, he again says no you can't!!! So I will no longer buy gas, or anything else form this place of business, I'm also filing a complaint to ca lottery and shell. This is going on face book as well. read more

I just had the same experience as Rain. As I pulled into the gas station my phone rang. It was my sister whom has had a lot going on so I picked it up. I spoke to her for a moment telling her I was just getting gas. Grabbed my card out of my wallet and got out to pump my gas. As I was pumping my gas I noticed the gas station attendant was outside clearly staring at me pumping gas. I finished and got back into my car. My Bluetooth was not syncing for some reason. I then told my sister I needed to go since I was going to be driving, and since it is illegal to have your cell phone in your hand while driving that I needed to go. I was literally telling her goodbye as the attendant knocked on my window. He told me I needed to pull into a parking space. I understand if the station was full but there are literally six pumps. There was one other car there. I checked the time on my call 7 minutes. I did notice he did not have a name tag on, probably for good reason. I will also be calling corporate. I spend an average of $300 a month at that staton in gas. That will no longer be happening. read more
