There is an attendant here who has a habit of saying "thanks for the tips" when handing back credit cards, even when no tip was given. It happened to me twice, and my girlfriend has mentioned he does the exact same thing to her, which has made her feel very uncomfortable. Today, I tried to clarify if it was a language barrier, perhaps he meant "thanks for your business", but when I politely asked what he meant, he doubled down, became defensive, and told me, "Please get out of here" while waving me off. It is incredibly rude and disrespectful to guilt-trip customers or be dismissive when they ask for clarification. It's a shame because of the convenience, but the toxic attitude isn't worth it.

Tony did my state inspection on my car today, and oh my goodness, I was a mess trying to figure out how to drive this Mercedes-Benz GLB 250. It was so bad that I was literally shaking when I got there because this is my first time having a luxury vehicle and I didn't know how to use anything. Most people drive their cars before buying them, but I got mine from Carvana and I don't recommend that. I highly recommend coming to this shop. He literally taught me where all the buttons were because everything is so different with the Mercedes. Tony, thank you so much! After just getting home from the hospital from my accident with my last vehicle, I had no idea what I was doing with this vehicle. I hope you and your family have a lot of new business, because you guys deserve it. As a woman, it can be very difficult to find a trustworthy place where men don't confuse kindness with flirtation. When I got the car back after the front end work there was a little noise but I didn't hear it all the time. After a couple of months it became a pronounced grind. I went in and asked about it and they said the bearing on drivers side was bad. When I asked if they greased them they said it wasn't necessary they must be defective. Since it was over a year they charged me again to replace the left front only to tell me the right needed replacing too.
