    Detroit style pizza (amazing)

Shelley's is under new ownership and called Pitt Stop. We have been here a few times over the years. This was one of the best!!! We will be coming more frequently. And I think it will be the place we order pizza from in the future. Super amazing meal!!!!

    a burger and fries

I was at the local hospital and needed lunch before my appointments. I found this diner on Yelp so stopped in. There is plenty of parking and the restaurant was clean and bright with lots of windows. I sat down the the waiter took my order. I ordered an American cheeseburger with onion rings and a root beer. I received a cheeseburger and fries ;( The burger and fries were nothing special. I will not be stopping back...

    Nice parking lot.

I arrived with a guest during Saturday brunch hour. Ordered a black coffee and water. Coffee taste was nice. Service was in a timely fashion. I ordered a Greek Omelette, made with egg whites, and side of waffle fries. Omelette and fries came out hot. Omelette was filling. Fries were seasoned and plentiful. I will have to patronize this establishment more often.

Hasn't been the same since new owners took over but since all the other breakfast places in the area have been shutting down I started going back. I order a side of crispy bacon it was just starting to turn crisp but it was sitting in a pool of bacon (see pic). Menu has no mention of powdered sugar on French toast ordered it 5 times in past 2 months and never got it before was informed today that is how it comes unless asked. The servers are nice and competent.

Surprising gem of a traditional diner. You can get a good breakfast here or an excellent meatloaf plate. Wholesome food and friendly service. It's nothing fancy but quite charming, and a good value. It's the kind of dependable place you will want to come back to. Make sure you leave time to check some of the photos on the wall. This place has been around for a long time and continues to remain someplace special.

    Corned beef hash

Service and atmosphere was great!! Very comfortable for a nice breakfast, brunch, lunch!! I craved breakfast so I got the corned beef hash. Very fresh, not canned, eggs were cooked perfect to a over medium. Coffee is better than your regular brown water. Overall good price for the amount of food you get!

    Meatloaf and mashed potatoes

Really bad service, waited over an hour for our food even though the diner was nearly empty. I guess I should've taken that as a bad sign because it was peak dinner hours. The food was really bad, my side of mashed potatoes was literally a tablespoon scoop of potatoes. The server even forgot to get our check. Won't be back again.

Country fried steak "hashbrowns" and sausage gravy.

A classic diner, friendly people good food. I had the country fried steak and "hashbrowns", with sausage gravy. Honestly if the hashbrowns had been the real shredded potato kind and toss a couple of eggs on the dish this would have been unbeatable. The chicken fried steak tasted and looked like it was of the premade frozen (albeit tasty) variety. Highly recommend stopping by.

Shelly's Pike has always been one of my favorites. Growing up, my nana and I always came here after Sunday morning church. Coming back 6+ years later, I still feel all of the homey & friendly vibes I felt back then. The service is fast, the food is hot, and the coffee is amazing. I ordered the Grilled Turkey bacon & Swiss sandwich and it was great! The only suggestion I would make is to not make it so buttery. My boyfriend got over easy eggs and they were cooked to his standards (which is hard to come by). The meals are slightly overpriced, but IMO, it's worth it. I always loved Shelly's Pike & I always will

Crispy. And then touched with a bit of sauce, OH SO GOOD. My coworker and I each got the hand cut French fries as a side and we should have shared. Huge portions and so hot and crisp. What a Concept:…read more There are three things in the World I love, and they are Bacon, Bourbon and Beer. I was in the Washington, PA area and was researching places to eat and found this place that uses bacon in many of their dishes. I drove over to BBB3, and there was plenty of parking available in the parking lot just outside. I walked in, and for a few minutes I was the only one there. My server came over, and we walked through the Bacon, Bourbon, and Beer menus. After some discussion, I settled on trying the Bacon Flight, which was four flavours of bacon, each on two thick slices of bacon. The flight has Cajun & Bleu, which is Cajun Spice and crumbled Blue Cheese, Candied Jalapeno & Cheddar, Bourbon & Brown Sugar, and Sarris Chocolate. When you look at the photos of the flight, it doesn't look like a lot of food, but be warned, it's a shareable for a reason. To put it in perspective, it is eight thick and long slices of bacon with ingredients on them. I was planning on trying something else from the menu, but the Bacon Flight is a meal in itself; be warned. I chose an Old Forrester Bourbon from the Bourbon Menu and a local craft beer. The flight was amazing and filling, and the bourbon was a good match for the meal. Overall, a great experience, and I learned my lesson so that next time I'm there I'll try something else or bring a friend or two. If you love Bacon, Bourbon and Beer, this is the place for you.

This is the worst primantis I've EVER been too. I have been to at least 4 different primantis and…read morehave NEVER been as disrespected as I was at this location. We came in after a round of golf to relax and have a bite to eat. The meat portions on our sandwiches were so small that any cook there should've been embarrassed to serve it. As you can see from the picture, and please note, it's supposed to be a tall boy which means extra meat, there is nothing on the bun except the hard green tomato and a slice of crappy deli. They also should've just apologized in advance when serving us that our supplier gave us terrible tomatoes so we left them off the sandwich. Every other primantis I have been too has had atleast double this tiny "portion" size of meat. We're literally paying extra for a bigger sandwich and yet we got a slice of meat on a bun. Out of character for my boyfriend, he said something to the bartender about there being no meat. And she reluctantly said I'll request a new one. Then, prior to receiving the new sandwich, the bartender confronted us about the size of the sandwich, like we were being difficult, and continued with it was pre-portioned to be the same size as all other Primantis locations and would not be larger or better. All we took from this is its pre-made the day before and not fresh in any way. Given that all we said was, there's no meat and a green tomato on my bun, which is not our normal experience at Primantis, we're disappointed. She then said, If you want, Ill take both sandwiches off the bill so you'll have a free sandwich. You know, the sandwich we never ate!!! All my boyfirend said was yes, take it off the bill and close us out. And he did say its not a free sandwich if I didn't eat it!! Too bad Jim Patrinos doesn't still own the business as he would be so embarrassed at what this primantis has become. The manager (Ryan) did come over, without us requesting, to address our experience. So clearly he was clearly alerted to our dissatisfaction. He apologized profusely, made a completely new sandwich, even though we said no thanks as we needed to leave, and comped part of our check that we had already paid. Obviously to anyone reading this, Primantis will only go so far for the consumer and must be in horrible financial straights since they should've comped the whole bill. What's two drinks to a company this size, right? Well, apparently they will go out of business if you get a extra slice of meat or drink to make up for them serving you what is unacceptable for any consumer. It will take a lot for me to visit a Primanti's in the future. Their food has been going down hill for years and barely edible.
