I used rideshare, not a rental car but signage to find all the extras were easy to find - well placed signage and again - one terminal. Really appreciated the rocking chairs available to people waiting for their ride shares. With a work facility in Savannah, I'm sure if/when I'm needed there again - SAV is one of the airports I won't mind being stranded at due to bad weather.

I love the cute little kiosk in the center of this airport they actually have some nice finds, if you have time stop and take a look, you might find something perfectly suited for you. April 6 we went to Enterprise and were refused a rental for not having a passport. We are Canadian, which contradicts their stated requirements. When we asked for clarification, the manager refused to check or show any policy and spoke to us in a dismissive and confrontational way. The situation escalated to the point where we were threatened with security if we didn't leave, which was both embarrassing and unnecessary. April 7 we returned to the airport to rent from Alamo, not realizing it is part of the same company. This time we had a passport, but were still refused a rental. We were told they would not rent to us based on our interaction the previous day. Staff again refused to explain any policy or provide documentation when asked, and were dismissive throughout. At that point, it no longer appeared to be about requirements, but about how we were being treated. The overall experience felt unnecessarily hostile and personal. Two trips to the airport, time and money wasted, and no rental either day. I contacted corporate 5 to 6 times and was promised follow ups, but never received a single response. It's a BIT of a misnomer, since this spot is run by the Taxi Counter, but it also applies for those patrons wishing to catch their LYFTs or UBERs to their downtown destinations. THE SETUP From several different local sources, I gathered there was a lot of in-fighting for awhile between the cabbies and the lyft/uber drivers for secure space for awaiting patrons to await cars. Apparently, the Airport Managment finally muscled down on ALL complaining vehicle transports and said, "You ALL will pick up passengers here. Our way or the highway!" While we can certainly understand your concern and request, In order to consider an adjustment to the charges please attach in PDF format, a copy of the gas receipt from the actual gas station that includes the name of the station, the address, the dollar amount and the number of gallons purchased. Alternately, you may provide a screen shot of the expanded details section from your credit card statement for the refuel charge. I DID SEND 4 PDFS with details and a Costco CC statement showing I bought gas at 6am. They said it wasn't good enough. They also did not refund my 1 day early return. . After 4 attempts without notice I just by chance checked my CC statement and they refunded the $180 refueling charge and 1 day early return. This is a scam and I can see on Nov 3rd someone else was scammed into paying. Keep in mind the fuel gas was over the full mark. Gas in SC is $2.75 gal. 50 gallons is $137. Class action lawsuit waiting to happen.. I have emails if anyone wants to see .

Called on the phone ahead of time, coming from Orlando and wanted a quick turn on arrival. Advised the CSR that we needed someone to shuttle our pax inside knowing that it was dark and late and a little rainy. Pax not allowed on aircraft during refueling. Upon arrival, no shuttle standing by. Pax walked in the dark to the office. No fuel truck standing by. Finally fuel truck arrived and the guy didn't even park close to where he needed to be for single point refueling. No clue a quick turn was requested. I asked the CSR why no quick turn response and all she said was I told the guys. No accountability, no attention paid to customer service. And I left my name and number for the manager Derek to call me to discuss and never even got a call back. There are other FBO choices on the field, I shall use the other from now on.

When we went looking for lav we were told that it was broken. went to desk and after asking end number three times finally asked if we just arrived. We had called by radio. Called by phone asking for lav service. Stopped by desk initially to get vacuum and gave end number. No one came to collect our garbage. The next morning (today) arrived at 0600 and waited almost one hour for a gpu and fuel. Did not bother asking for lav service. Before leaving asked that receipts be emailed... they were not. Called later to obtain. Friendly incompetent or over worked staff.. will try not to ever use Savannah signature again.
