He was responsive from quote to completion and his service fee is very reasonable with a high value. His inspection report was thorough and easy to understand and he answered all of my questions that I had on the report on a follow-up call. Don't be discouraged that he doesn't provide sewer camera services. It's best to use a third party plumber because if there is an issue found by a home inspector, you'll have to double pay for a plumber inspection anyway and the plumber will be able to give you an instant quote for repairs.
