We enjoyed our stay at the Cadillac while visiting Niagara Falls. The room, bed, and bathroom were all perfectly clean! Each room has its own unique and different style. We were able to see three different rooms during our visit and each of them were super cool in their own special way. One of the rooms had ghostbuster photos on the walls. This motel is in a great location that is within a 10-15 minute walk to the Falls. It was awesome leaving the motel on foot and being able to walk to all of the main attractions, as well as get drinks at a casino and walk right back to the motel. The owners here are so pleasant, helpful, and friendly. They also have a small picnic area in the back of the building where you can bbq. The best part was that we were able to bring our small furry friend Harry on the trip with us to Niagara Falls. We were beyond satisfied with our stay here. I highly recommend checking out the Cadillac if you are looking for a reasonably priced convenient motel near Niagara Falls.

This place is a hidden gem of a motel. Like I said motel, not hotel so you know what you are getting . But this one is absolutely great. Second time staying but first with newer owners and could not have been more pleased with the service, room and location. Definitely check this place out!

The wall picture in the Ghostbusters room

Don't pay attention to reviews from before 2016. The place is under new ownership now and has been completely renovated. My buddies and I travel to Niagara Falls for an annual overnight getaway and we've been staying at this place on and off for ten years. We had decided against the Cadillac this year because last time the lady who owned the place freaked out a little bit, and put me off the place. But, we decided to price it out anyway. Imagine our surprise when we pull up there and it's a completely different owner. He was super friendly and you could tell he was very proud of the renovations that were made. And rightfully so, we were blown away. I should also mention that there are several theme rooms. We stayed in the Ghostbusters room, but we also saw a Marilyn Monroe, ZZ Top and Elvis room. If you're in the market for a motel within walking distance of CLifton Hill and Fallsview casino, I really don't think you could go wrong with staying here. Note that he did charge us a $100 security deposit, which was promptly reimbursed the next day (once he was certain we didn't trash the place).

Bed is clean and comfy and has a ton of great pillows

This place is completely renovated. I read the reviews from before but they are not even close to be dump that was described before. David at the front was super friendly and inviting and insisted we see the rooms before we pay to prove the change. Everything is new (7 weeks ago they launched the renovations) I would recommend this place now for sure. King size bed is super comfy with lots of pillow! Bathroom is modern and clean, floors are nice. No weird smells, no smoke smell. Great find.

While vacationing in Canada I visited Niagara Falls and thought it would be a fun to stay in a kitschy retro motel so I booked 1 night at the Cadillac through Expedia.com. I arrived by bus late at night and the front desk looked closed, I pushed the bell and woke up an old lady who didn't speak very good English. She had no record of my on-line reservation and appeared even more confused when I showed her the confirmation e-mail on my iPhone. Despite the fact that the hotel had vacancies, she wouldn't give me a room until I payed cash, and didn't seem to care about the fact that my credit card had already been charged for the room. Eventually she made a phone call and got somebody on the line, I told the man on the phone about the situation and he said "Well, you have a confirmation number I don't understand why she doesn't just give you a room, to be honest I'm having a very hard time understanding what she's saying" "So am I!" I responded. 25 minutes later I was still not checked-in and I was getting tired and hungry. I finally ran out of patience and checked into the Travelodge down the street. It took a few phone calls but I finally got Expedia to reverse the credit card charges a couple weeks later. If you like to avoid headaches do yourself a favor and stay at another hotel while vacationing in Niagara Falls.

The hotel is very close to the overcrowded Clifton Hill area which is home to an amusement park atmosphere. The hotel is also within good walking distance to the Falls, about a 20 -30 minutes walk along the promenade on the Niagara River. However, it's quiet at the hotel at all hours thankfully. Sterling Inn appears to be one of the better hotel options in the immediate touristy area. *There is a AG Restaurant on premises , as well as Spa for your pleasure.* Thank you for reading. I rarely heard any of my neighbors or outside noise. The bed was comfy, water pressure in the shower was good, and the AC worked properly. But be forewarned: there are two Marriott-branded hotels located almost next door to each other another -- the other is directly across the street. I saw one couple confused about their booking. They were at the wrong hotel. It appears the the hotel most people are seeking when they book the "best view" is usually the Niagara Falls Marriott Fallsview Hotel & Spa at 6740 Fallsview Boulevard. The nearby Niagara Falls Marriott on the Falls at 6755 Fallsview Boulevard is a separate property. I was very pleased with the Fallsview Hotel. Unlike many hotels that advertise a falls view but have only a partial glimpse, the hotel's location provides a sweeping panorama of the falls. Most rooms seem to have a falls view. Higher-floor rooms offer an almost cinematic perspective, especially during the nightly illumination show and when fireworks are scheduled (nightly at 10 p.m. after May -- those poor gulls and their babies!). The facilities are extensive. The hotel features the recently renovated Burning Springs Spa and Thermal Pools, a fitness center, indoor pool that is sadly less that 5 feet at the deepest point, direct access to the Fallsview tourist district and convenient connections to nearby attractions. But spa access is not included in the stay-- such a disappointment. Generally, the property feels more like a destination than a standard convention hotel, with many public spaces oriented toward the falls. That includes and onsite Starbucks and Mortons steakhouse, plus a gift shop with a massive assortment of items: clothing, hats, bathing suits and goggles (even for the kids), maple syrup treats, medicine and beverages, etc. The biggest surprise for many guests is parking. Valet parking is convenient but expensive, currently around $80 per day, while self-parking is approximately $50-60 per day and located off-site rather than directly beneath the hotel. Valet service may be worthwhile because the self-parking lot requires about a 5-minute walk and the hotel arrival area can become crowded during peak times Overall, the staff was great -- they even sent up a red velvet cake for our anniversary! And the king suite (23rd floor) was sizable and comfortable, with a jet spa in the room looking directly toward the falls. The bed and pillows were also comfy. They also have two seats right in front of the windows with spectacular views. But there were so many bugs -- dozens and dozens gathered on the exterior glass -- after dark, we opted to keep the lights off. Not a concern, though. I would definitely stay here again.

The spa is nice, offering a relaxing atmosphere. There is a beautiful Falls view in upper level superior rooms. Hotel Pool stay open to 11 at night. This hotel is close to many food spots, which are walking distance. They have good food at the buffet too in hotel. Cons Defintely not four star as advertised. More like a three star. Upon arrival, there's no welcome drink or immediate help; you have to handle everything yourself with lugguage. which can be hard for those who need extra assistance. They do have a bell hop but very limited . Upon arrival and departure there was one person. The carpet area in lobby and rooms need shampooing badly. Rooms have beautiful views on upper levels , but outdated. The front desk service was mixed; one staff member was excellent, but another rushed me, which is not acceptable when guests are paying their money. The spa charges an additional fee to use Oasis pools/ Jacuzzi; which is unusual for most spas, since they typically include it with the massage services. This additional fee still feels like a drawback. FYI -There are not actually pools in the spa area just jacuzzi and cold plunge, sauna etc. While the pool staff was great, with Kevin standing out, and Beth at the spa being exceptional the pool area is outdated. The ceiling is peeling and looks like a YMCA pool area. In addition , my massage at spa was okay. But no timer was used to ensure guest are receiving their full time paid for. I know I did not receive full time. All spas I have visited , use a timer to make sure you get your full time.

Our room was recently renovated and beautiful. The elevator situation is pure chaos. We stayed on the 24th floor and often waited 15 minutes to go down. I actually took the steps down a couple times and beat my mom while she waited for the elevators. Just not enough elevators for the number of people there. I can't even imagine how it is in the summer, we went mid-September. Going up isn't as bad because staff control those getting on the elevator ms from the lobby. Skipped the morning breakfast to enjoy Tim Horton's, a quick walk from the hotel. The incline railway tram is right behind the hotel and is a quick, fun way to head to the Niagara Falls visitor center. Parking is ridiculously expensive but half off with a handicap permit. Rooms are quite spacious and was very accessible for our friend in a wheelchair which is why we booked this hotel. First night was busier and more expensive due to fireworks and there were some others who went to the Taylor Swift concert and Bills/Chiefs game. They charge per person an extra fee so I booked the first night separately and then the next three nights for much less per night as our friend in only stayed the first night. Evening reception and breakfast was nice to have although the hot options were quite limited (no omelettes, etc.) and the eggs were bland with a tough texture. Breakfast was much better at the Embassy Suites I have stayed at pre pandemic but the limited options and lower quality seem to be that this is a much larger hotel. They do manage then crowds well with breakfast and have a traffic light guide of ideal times being early. We got a table easily due to our disabilities. Hotel is very conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, attractions, and the incline railway stops from across the hotel and goes down to Table Rock. My friend in a wheelchair and my wife managed to make it up on the incline railway and arrive before me and the luggage in an Uber from the Table Rock bus stop. They have a Starbucks, Friday's, and mini market in the hotel we used which are handy . There is The Keg that was temporarily closed. My wife and I ate at both the Table Rock House down the incline railway and the Fallsview Steakhouse next door, the latter which had a voucher in a coupon book they gave us. The steakhouse was really good but pricy and the Table Rock House was amazing, a good value, authentic, and locally sourced. Staff is hit or miss. The man checking me in the first day seemed cold and unsure how the re-check in works for the same room, but the second one was friendly. The bellman our first day asked for a tip and we did not have cash, makes me wonder if they are paying their employees enough which is an issue causing strikes at even the best hotels in Montreal (even the Fairmont we stayed at). Maid service seemed to come Sunday and not Monday or Tuesday so they had to come later to help us fold the sofa bed and the staff was responsive by text per them checking in with us. However, Kitch, our bellman leaving was so amazing and got us on a taxi.

Off site parking was expensive ($62.15 CAD) on a Friday & Saturday, but as a convenience, Hilton offered a free shuttle back and forth. Breakfast is on the 33rd floor of the South Tower. As a Hilton Diamond member the Mr. was given the option of a free continental breakfast or $15 toward something on the menu for each of us. The first morning we chose French toast (meh) and the second we got the complimentary continental offering. It was a whole lot of carbs and a little fruit. We should have shared. The entire wall is a window so you can see it all! A few other things I really liked about this hotel vs other hotels: no nasty throw pillows, no nasty bed runner, no nasty bed skirt, wipeable desk chair, recycling bin. Everything appeared spotless! We did have to call for an iron and iron board, in which came up quickly. And the closet is little to nonexistent. There's a bar connected to the desk with a few hangers.
