The exact answer I got from one of the waitstaff was "We'll bring it out when it's ready." Not one acknowledgment of the wait. Not even one apology for the wait. I'd say the total wait was 50 minutes. We got our food about 10 minutes after that. Perhaps they got the hint. And then we finally got some attention to our drinks. But yet again, not one acknowledgement of the wait. Now the saving grace. The food we got was actually excellent. I enjoyed my breakfast sandwich. Everyone was happy with their food. Yet again I had to go inside just to ask for the bill. I didn't even get a "how was everything?" Maybe they were afraid to ask? Let me be clear. I understand waiting for food. I understand the kitchen may be busy. I'm not unreasonable. But feeling neglected should never happen. They seemed nice enough and I don't think they did it on purpose.
