When I spoke with a State Farm rep, Trevor (now my agent), I learned a lot about all the coverage my previous insurance lacked. No one ever broke down the basics of car insurance to me before, and Trevor explained everything clearly and in simple terms. He was also very honest, giving me a lot of pros/cons of why people would select certain types of coverage. I basically knew what I wanted after my accident, but he still took the time to give reasons to potentially select higher or lower coverages in different areas.
