But when they came, the technician claimed it would be another $180 to clean the unit and that we needed to clean the unit before he could finish the inspection, which is totally a scam as we have used another company who did all of it for one flat $99 fee but wasn't available since we are selling our home and wanted to get it done sooner than later. And then he tried to upsell again by saying our Freon was low. But we declined since we had to pay $80 just for him to visually inspect our unit without being able to complete the inspection. So now we have to do the entire thing again with another hvac servicer, one that is actually honest and not upsell a routine maintenance into an almost $300 charge! We even spoke with the owner/manager who said nothing could be done. So they won't even work with you, and you have to pay $80 just to get them to leave without really doing anything of any value. So save yourself the money and the headache and look elsewhere!

The owners are absolutely wonderful and genuinely care about their customers. They were recommended to me when my AC died on the hottest day of the summer, so I cold-called them in a panic. Even though I ultimately needed a full furnace and AC replacement, they temporarily charged my AC for free to get me through the weekend while the new system was ordered. They then overbooked themselves to make sure my installation happened ASAP, which I greatly appreciated. When a small snafu occurred, they handled it immediately and made things righ,t including going above and beyond what I would expect a company to do to make things right. Since then, I've replaced my AC, furnace, and water heater with them, and also had a whole-house humidifier installed. They service my AC and furnace twice a year, and drain my water heater and clean my dryer vents once a year Their Comfort Club membership is absolutely worth the cost for the value and perks alone.
